Worst Comfort Inn ever !!!

Location

1. Elevator out of order. 2. Front desk clerk did not know elevator was out of order and put us on the third floor. It was his first day, and he was left there alone. 3. Only room on them first floor had one bed and a sofa. The sofa was stained. Would not have sat on it let alone slept on it. 4. Breakfast was terrible bagels were hard, muffins were stale, cheap yogurt, only fresh fruit was two oranges, no bread for toast Worst breakfast I have seen in a hotel cleaning breakfast was included. 5. Cost was similar to other ones close by. But considering it was way overpriced. 6. I never should have picked a hotel with an overall rating below seven but didn’t think comfort ends had sunk that low. 7. Don’t ever stay there.

Sherman has better, I should have looked at other places.

The location and the front office staff

The inside is very dated and need upkeep. The showers had mold in them. The toilet ran all night. The door frames made me worry that anyone could shimmy their way through without putting my effort into it. Huge gap between door frame and door, the lock inspired no faith from me. I bought door stoppers to use for my room and the other room just so I could feel some sort of peace about being there.

Í don't think it was worth the $ 280.24 for two days

The swimming pool was down and that's was the main reason I book there to get in a pool and unwind

The pool was under maintenance the whole stay

I won’t stay there again

Good location

Room had bad smell when you walked into room. There was no ice on first floor. No bread and eggs looked like overdone flying saucers with burnt edges at breakfast .

It was a fair stay but the staff wasn't so friendly they treated us like we were just another person

I like that it was comfortable to be there and the pool and hot tub were great although the hot tub could have been hotter.

The breakfast was horrible there!

It happens.

Staff lady was great. We had some issues with the room and worked it out very professionally.

Door locked from the inside for some reason, light burnt out but worked around it. Cable remote didn't work properly.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Room had a somewhat musty odor, but otherwise seemed clean and comfortable.

Wouldn't stay again. To many things not working but the beds were soft.

The breakfast was fine. The location was easy to find.

Several things in the room were either broken or falling apart. The room wouldn't get cool enough even during the winter. The fitness equipment wasn't working. The in door pool water was cold & the fire escape door was propped open allowing cold air into the room. The jets on the jacuzzi weren't working. The ice box & microwave both didn't work well. The back door to the hotel wasn't working. The card key stopped working at 8:30 in the morning, locking me out of my room when I went to get breakfast the day of check out.

I would not pay more than $60 a night for this hotel.

the beds were comfortable

it was dirty and had not been kept up well. a chair in our room was super stained. the refrigerator was dirty. the toilet had rust water stains in it, and the tub had a leak so the water ran all night long. the door didn’t close properly and the room smelled really bad.

we will stay at a different hotel in the town on our next drives through. the price is too high in comparison to others

late check out ( 12pm) right off highway and close to restaurants

not the cleanest. pool high smell of bleach or chlorine but not for use the 2 times we stayed . our second stay we were given a key to a room that was occupied, desk full of bear cans , beds undone, we closed the door so not sure if another guest was in there at the time or not. we’re given another key to a different room.mistakes happen just difficult to deal with after s 12 hour drive. both stays in 3 weeks different rooms , both had plumb issues. showers not draining well, toilet constantly running .

we asked for a refund the first night and booked a different hotel at 10:30pm

conveniently located

pool was broken. advised by staff the building had mold. no notification. hotel was very dirty. upstairs smelled terribly. toilet seat was falling off the toilet and air conditioner was not cooling the room.

It wasnt that great! WE slept in cold rooms with no heat and the front desk was no help really.

Location was ok.

I don't like the fact we switched 3 different rooms and the heat did not work in any of them. They refunded my money and then a month later recharged me for the room. SMH The tv's didn't work as far as cable goes.

Pretty on the outside but needs similar updating within!

The front desk staff were very friendly.

The exterior of the building is in excellent condition but the interior is not. The key cards to the rooms malfunctioned several times, there was mold in the shower, stains on furniture, our door was damaged, water damage on the ceiling, the hall carpet was torn and some other guests were able to use their key card and actually entered our room!!!

Great room, go somewhere else for breakfast.

The room itself had no issues. Clean and comfortable! Staff was friendly and responsive. Pool area was well kept.

The breakfast was lacking. Eggs tasted like powder, juice machine was not working. One faucet sprayed like your thumb was over the top of a hose. Another had water with just the pulp. There were no full size cups. Ended up drinking from batter cups.
