It was ok but would not stay again

The property needs a lot of updates. Peeling wallpaper dented in walls and paint. Lights outside by pool and pergolas not working.

Good pool, good breakfast, clean room

We go to Hagerman NWR almost every month and stay at this LaQuinta. The room is standard. The sheets and towels are always crispy clean. Beds are soft enough. A bonus is a little coffee maker with a few coffee bags in the room. The personnel is usually friendly. The breakfast is good. The best thing is the pool thought. It's spacious and usually quiet. We choose this particular place for the pool, so our little boy can have some fun there, since we don't have a pool at home. Also, there's a gym there, I never have time to test it, because I come to the room very tired from hiking, but it's nice to have that option for those, who spent most of the day driving.

We would like to check in earlier, than 3 p.m., since we arrive in Sherman at 12. Other than that everything is fine.

Was actually thinking about just leaving after the concert and not staying. Would not at all recommend this hotel.

Hotel seemed very old and needed serious updating. Walls in room were paper thin and there seem to be a lot of shady people in the hotel.

Toothpaste smeared mirrors dirty tables and hair all over the bathroom when we checked in. The cleanliness housekeeping overlooked cleaning our room twice when specifically asked. New guy called and told us we needed to check out because he was short a room. Witnessed him messing up on a few occasions on top of that and he had an attitude

I didn’t stay at the property. I went to the property on the 28th and did not have a reservation/property was sold out - they had booked the reservation for the 29th - I will dispute any charges on the reservation on the.

Total disappointment. Don't waste your money!

The best part of our stay was leaving!

Especially BAD was the woman at the front desk this morning couldn't be bothered to put her cigarette down long enough to check us out!!! SHAMEFUL. I never even got a receipt! There was a terrible odor in the hall on the 4th floor. The microwave didn't work and the TV remote needed new batteries.

Beds were wonderful & clean

It is very close to the South entrance of the DFW Airport.

The shower just dribbled. You couldn't really rinse off, (once we figured out HOW to make it work.) We almost had to call the front desk to ask how to use it. Only 2 small trash cans and no extra liners. We didn't bring any soap so I used theirs and it smelled like it was old.

I was actually shocked. I never expected a la quinta to be in that condition.

the manager was nice. I liked the Texas waffle maker.

Really dirty, understaffed, long wait, everything was broken, toilet shower drain, toaster, elevator.

elevator, ice maker not working. back and side doors not locked. party w grill going on in parking lot all night. patched up ceilings poor quality repairs in bathroom. dirty shower curtain. dust from repairs all over bath. filthy interior carpet. broken locks on side and back entrances with non guests stomping mud throughout hotel after partying w music, grill and drinks in parking lot all night made me feel unsafe.

Terrible!

The carpet is dirty and the pool was green and closed. The first room had noisy air conditioner. The staff gave my brothers room to someone else so he had a night free in a room being remodeled. The staff needs help. The place needs updated and cleaned. I will not stay there again.
