Would never choose to stay there again.

Breakfast was good, and the person attending to the breakfast was excellent.

Mattress old & lumpy -- not comfortable. Dated--needs updating. Front desk staff hard to find.

Great Location and Great Staff but poor internet connectivity

The breakfast staff was awesome! Always cleaning and refilling things!

The internet connection was poor quality! You had to sign back in constantly! There was NO Diet Coke in the entire building!!

Savannah Stay

Great spacious room, staff was very friendly, outside courtyard was wonderfuland breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to Michelle, she's awesome!

For southern charm, lovely scenery, good food and historic places this is the place!

Hotel is in great safe location for getting around the city. We were within 10 minutes by Lyft to the downtown historic areas.From the hotel staff to the local citizens we encountered we met the sweetest and friendliest people who exemplified "southern hospitality."

No negatives at all.

I would say that it was a great stay to explore the city of Savannah.

I liked how it gave a historical vibe and it was very clean. The staircase at the front is also very nice.

I didn’t like how the carpets in the hallways smelled a little musty.

It was good but no bargain

Ok Omelets were rubbery

The pet fee for one night ($75) was waaay too expensive. Add $35 for parking and it was no bargain

Wonderful Concierge! Pleasant room and well priced for the tourist season and our weekend visit!

Room was cool and beds/bathroom clean and neat. The halls were tough to air condition in the heat of a Savannah summer, so no points discounted for an unmanageable situation! The rest of the spaces were cool and comfortable!

The breakfast was par for the course for hotel breakfast. Tough to manage so many guests and definitely not restaurant quality. Well enough to get by in a hurry, but certainly not the best. Coffee was good!

Enjoyed it totally. Especially the fresh water to fill my cup and the ice had a good taste

Breakfast was great. There was a line for waffles, as some of the irons were not working

Most of the staff was great. One staff member was not helpful at all. we actually had to get help from the concierge

Won’t be back.

Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Breakfast was ok.

Had to park 2 blocks away even with handicap card. First room was filthy with black mold in bathroom, rat droppings in room and couch smell like urine. Desk clerk was quick to change our room. Second room was fine except occasional odor from bathroom drains.

A solid choice for Savannah

Not your average Hampton Inn. We often stay at Hamptons. They are a good quality hotel but this one is special. It looks like it belongs in Savannah. Great architecture and beautifully common spaces. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was very quiet despite being a short walk to everything .

Beautiful location, property and comfortable stay!

The property was beautiful. The rooms were large, everything was clean and the beds were amazing. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

We booked this property partially due to laundry facilities. One machine was broken and people left their laundry in the machines for hours on end and there was no signage or anything for rules regarding that.

The location

Overflowing trash in the room since they only clean every other day (sort of!) Leaky bathroom faucet; non working TV; not enough comfortable chairs; for the money, the amenities limited.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Savannah

Beautiful lobby, heated outdoor pool, and very centrally located. Nice rooms. Everything was walking distance. Free breakfast was high quality. Parking is $30 per day in their garage, but includes in/out privileges. Public garages charge less but it's done by the day so you have to pay each time you come in.

Check in process. Not friendly, and no designated parking spots for registration (and parking is very limited on the street). Eventually I had to use a disabled space to unload our luggage and check in. There is a garage for guests ($30) but you need your key card to get into the garage. Therefore, you need to be checked in before you park....and where do you store your car while you're checking in?

Breakfast was not up to the standards of the Hampton Inns. On the second day the breakfast buffet was half empty--no product. I did not like being charged for parking. It did not say parking was extra on the site.

Very comfortable stay. Good value and nice location.

Very clean and appeared that the staff was well organized. The breakfast was certainly adequate. The male attendant at the breakfast was most accommodating. A very hard worker who probably did not get any recognition from management. The concierge was vey helpful and knowledgeable. Could have had our trash emptied on the second day of our stay. Overall was a great experience. Did not like the parking situation.

Convenient, except for parking

Located within steps of the Savannah College of Art and Design, the hotel is roughly midpoint bw the river and the historic Forsyth Park, which is very picturesque Savannah, with loads of mossy oak and greenery.

Parking is rough. There are maybe 2 dozen spots surrounding the building, with spillover parking off site directed by two signs that do NOT get patrons to their destination. And spillover parking is only access AFTER check in. Morning breakfast was a mini buffet of cheese omelette, bacon, potatoes, prepared oatmeal, DIY pancake station, a small selection of bread/baked goods and cereals. As I made my selection at the hot food tray, I encountered a very rude employee who made her appearance from behind me by barking “I need that fork!” Check in checkout and employees encountered throughout were all courteous/helpful. She made herself the bad apple.

Besides no breakfast, it was very convenient and comfortable.

Perfect location in the historic district. Able to walk around. Close by shuttle service for concert venue.

By the time we got to breakfast, there was minimal food left.

Never having visited Savanah, we were happy we selected such a covenient hotel for foot exploration.

Location allowed walking to good restaurants, the Marketplace and welcome center and hop on trolley. Liked the afternoon cookies and free water.

The elevators were having problems.
