Could have been a much better experience had the day manager handled it better!

The outsourced valet service!

We checked in Friday night, June 14, and were awakened by someone knocking then opening the door because the front desk had put us in the check out file! I was not pleased with the day manager…..I was worried and didn’t feel real safe in my room with my daughter and I got the distinct feeling from the manager it was my fault not theirs!

Will never stay at this Hotel and folks be warned might be cheaper but i got less than what i paid

Staff tried to help but not trained well.

Arrived and not much of a greeting. Tried to figure out where the guy or girl was who parked the car. Guy showed up and was in a bad mood to say he covers 4 Hotels. Delayed Check In. Guy in Lobby mopping floor and a guest slipped and fell. Finally got to the room and it looks like a 2nd Grade Student painted and filled in bathroom caulking. Carpet Dirty in room and in hallway. Finally fell asleep after the many doors slamming during the night. Next day asked for late checkout and the cleaning lady had an attitude. Staff told her and she gave them the evil eye. Terrible Hotel....also at night it's in a location i would not go out unless you take a chance...

I can't wait to return to Savannah!

The location was exactly where we needed to be to see the historic sites. It was perfect!

There was some confusion about the hours for breakfast - the restaurant and the front desk had conflicting information. Other than that, everything was great.

Not worth the money.

Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

Water temp not hot. Dirty towels from previous guests were under the sink. Gross! Breakfast delayed so we had to miss it. Cupboards were grimy.

Not worth the money

Room was outdated, door knob to the bathroom fell off. Lighting had a hole behind it, bathroom and floor was dirty. Room service woke us up early on Saturday banging on the door, and valet was asking for a tip.

Location was great Cleveland who was valet was excellent Liked having Kurig and refrigerator

Good Location

Convenient, close to City Market, 10 minutes walk, parking garage next door. Pretty area.

Hotel is in pretty good shape. Staff needs to tighten up on cleaning a bit more. Wasn't nasty but things like dusting, maintenance on some things were sloppy like chalking and some painting touch ups. Most was good but it's the little things. Overall wasn't bad.

Thoroughly fine stay. Would prefer a hotel with a bit more amenities such as, pool, spa, etc..

Thoroughly modern, clean location was good. About a 10 minute walk to the river front.

Not much in the way of amenities.

National Lampoons Vacation 2023

Honestly nothing. The staff (outside the first receptionist) seemed cool and they were trying really hard… the place just isn’t ready for them. Maybe they should work somewhere else. The only reason we stayed upon arrival is because we didn’t want to lose money and time by trying to find another hotel.

There wasn’t much my mom and I like about this property. Got there…told parking was $30 per night when the site clearly says $25, got to the room the fridge didn’t work, couldn’t call the front because the phone didn’t work, went down to let them know and was switched to another room, Newer room-fridge barely worked, they brought in a newer fridge and placed it atop the old one. We got up the next morning to go to the gym and the sign on the door said closed (asked about it) he said oh just push the door it works…went back to only a few machines so we just did the treadmill still determined to “just make the best of it”…upon leaving the gym the entire door knob came off… At the this point all we could do was laugh. Went for breakfast only to find (kid school breakfast). We just grabbed the (non-hot) coffee and went back to the room, deciding to just GET OUT and explore. Called for valet arrived down stairs (and waited forever) only for the guy to say my Jeep wouldn’t crank - asking if I had any issues… NO NEVER… I asked why the other one had called us the late the night before (about 11:30 pm) saying he couldn’t find the key ticket? Stating we got back to the hotel about 7:00…I asked if he went joy riding or what because at this point we were just confused. Apparently the other guy😒🤷🏽‍♀️ left something on “so they say” and it killed the battery. The new valet guy said oh yeah something was going on last night about the ticket because he called me about 11pm about it. I kept asking why so late because I gave him my keys about 6:30-7:00pm??? He just laughed and said he wasn’t sure and used a jump box to start it. Explored, returned, coached them how to park it without messing with the auto light etc. Got to the room went to get ice for our girl’s sip and paint night ICE MACHINE BROKEN…go to 4 th floor…broken…3rd floor…BROKEN…found ice on 2nd - returned to room…lights flickering…we were literally just looking at each other in shock.

Budget hotel with a great location

The location of the hotel is ideal. It’s close enough to things to be easily walkable, it’s far enough away from downtown to be quiet, and there is a parking garage next to the hotel for parking. The staff, as always, were fantastic.

I hadn’t stayed at this hotel in 3 years, and in 3 years, you could definitely see the wear and tear on the hotel rooms. Stains on the carpet, stains on the wall paper, tears in the carpet and the wallpaper. The bed dipped entirely in the middle which made sleeping super uncomfortable. The bathroom floor and the shower floor were incredibly slippery. Whatever they use to clean left a slimey/slippery residue, to the point that I almost fell in the shower and in front of the sink. Overall, I was very disappointed by the room.

Comfortable pillows and bed. Staff was very good , valet was very helpful. They Answered all my questions. Check in and out was easy going. Breakfast was good

I liked everything. Everything was wonderful. Will be booking here again soon.

800 bucks for a dingy room with no housekeeping and a dark bathroom.

STAY AWAY. Unhelpful and rude front desk. NO housekeeping during 3 nights stay. Poorly lit bathroom with clogged tub. Sheets not changed between guests. Tattered towels.
