Be prepared to Battle the Bugs and clean your

Just the price . .

But it was a horrible experience with bugs in our bed and the bathroom was dirty. The carpet was very dirty. I walked in my socks and my socks became brown with dirt & lots of hair and God only knows what else. I asked for extra towels and cleaning products but denied me those. I notified the staff about the bug issue and requested a clean room or my money back. I was denied my money back and a manager never came to check the room and never called me back. They still charged me for the room

I liked the area it was located.

When we came in, my card was charged when it Said I could pay at the property. When we entered in our room, there was a used towel hanging on the door, poop on the back of the toilet, and a 3/4 used toilet paper roll on the roll. The staff the first night we were there was not friendly and gave attitude when we asked any questions. We won't be staying here again.

Room was comfortable but TV fire stick is a no go and key cards never worked more than once.

The room was clean and comfortable. One clerk was very courteous regarding problems with key card.

Key card never worked more than one time to open the door. 2nd clerk was not very courteous and questioned whether or not key card was good. I showed her both my keys wouldn't work and she insisted the cards had been near a phone or overheated in the truck. When she prepared the cards again I had her open the door with the cards and they again only worked one time and had to be reset again. TV with fire stick was a nightmare to try to get a show.

With an exception of the cleanliness it was good.

I liked the location. The staff where great and the breakfast was nice.

The room was not as clean as it should have been. The bedding had stains on it and so did the chairs. Carpets had rips in the and the bath tub had hair in it.

The location. And they refunded one of my nights so I could go to another hotel

We had to go to the ATM across the street because the front desk clerk insisted that we needed to have the incidental fee cash because she didn't know how to get it back from the system. The room was stuffy and smelled like smoke even with it being a non smoking room the room was super stuffy . At check out there was a huge line because they had lost some of the cash they had held for the deposit not a good hotel would not recommend

Great location, Comfortable beds and Friendly staff

The staff was super friendly and understanding. Just sucked I had to pay for a night I wasn’t able to use because I got a flat tire in Hillsboro, TX and couldn’t drive on a donut until I got my tire fixed the next day. but the lady was able to check me in so I didn’t lose my room. They gave us a room downstairs closest to the front desk as requested for safety for my son and I. They don’t allow food in the rooms for breakfast due to people trashing the room and getting food on the floor which is totally understandable.

There was a back gate that was closed and locked which made it hard to get to Walmart and other shopping areas. We had to exit onto the survive road and do a Uturn to go back in order to go to Walmart and food.

Quiet, off the beaten track. I was there to see my son graduate from Lackland BMT..so it was quiet for me, not too far from the base. Breakfast especially since I was leaving early to get to base.
