NEVER AGAIN, PLACE IS A SH*t HOLE

OUTDATED, SHOWER CURTAN FELL DURING SHOWER, RUGS TORN AND DIRTY. BED FELT LIKE IT WAR 100 YEARS OLD, ANHARD AS A ROCK. NO TOWLES IN THE ROOM AND ONLY 3 PILLOWS FOR 2 PEOPLE.

The breakfast was very poor selection with not hot food provided and no fresh fruit All prepackaged food items t were to be microwaved

The hotel was a disappointment since we were hoping for Wyndham quality but it was only budget quality

We made it out without any injuries or car theft.

Not much

Huge holes in carpet. AC couldn’t keep up. Bed was uncomfortable. Very loud guests. Halls smelled of marijuana. Had no clue about what my reservation through booking.com was supposed to be. Didn’t get the upgrade I paid extra for. Breakfast was awful.

Nasty, not comfortable rundown hotel in a very bad location.

The handy guy (maintenance very accommodating, trying to please and help out!

On the first day there was men lingering in halls, using very bad language. I didn’t sleep very well due to mattress and the outside music and car engines in and out all night long. It wasn’t very clean, a lot furniture , floor carpet was worn out, bed and pillows very uncomfortable! Bathroom sink didn’t drain at all! There were tiny ants in our room. Our air didn’t work at night but during day it would. The breakfast area and the coffee area wasn’t clean. The plastic creamer bottle was out one morning and I threw it away and the receptionist told me get it out trash can she was going refill it. We were going to move hotels but they were booked up due to a ball tournament going on in the area.

From the check in to simply leaving was horrible. Before we even checked in the woman at the front desk was questioning an ID she had physically rather than checking the age. I asked her nicely was it possible to have the rooms near each other before she even made the keys and she proceeds to say with a very rude attitude "Too late. I already did it". Then goes on to say that when she sees two reservations of the same name she tries to put them close to each other, which makes sense. We go upstairs and the rooms are RIGHT next to each other after she told us that she just put them on the same floor. We dropped our bags off in one room and head next door to the other room to grab the rest of the group and as we are leaving the same woman and a man are trying and asking was the first room our room as well because an odd smell was coming from it. For starters the entire way to our room starting with getting on the elevator smelled like nothing but marijuana. The smell was so bad we decided to take stairs the rest of the weekend!! We were traveling with children for a basketball tournament so it is just mind blowing that they walked by EVERY SINGLE ROOM on that floor and the elevator and decided it was a room that she JUST put me and my kids in not even 20 minutes before she came up with a complaint of an "odd smell". She then says "maybe it is the new supplies the cleaning lady used". Yeah, I do not think so. Walking down the stairs was also just as bad as the elevator smell wise. Their were insides of cigars dumped on the stairs. For it to be a non smoking hotel it is just mind blowing how bad it smelled, because it ONLY smelled like smoke around every corner we would turn. The carpets were ripped up, our vents were covered with something red and sticky, the curtains was disgusting as well the same red stuff was on there and dark spots I am sure was mold. I will never stay at a this place again or any of them.

Well when we got there gave my debit card to pay the money for the room they wanted a deposit and many times I've done stayed there before never messed up and I've even work there they wanted a $75 deposit attitude sucked

Clean , quite, safe room

Breakfast was a grab and go but good, had 2 rooms . My refrigerator. Stop working and they switched it out before coming back from dinner May be 1 hour and 1/2. Bathroom in other room light blew out told them in morning , came back 3 hours later and was fix . .

Only thing I could recommend is that their cable needs to be better some stations froze think it was a signal issue. Elevator. Floor needed fix was a trip hazard

would not stay there again

The staff was nice. The location was good.

I chose this place because we stayed there 5 years ago and it was nice and clean. That was not the case this time. My bed was dirty in the first room they gave us. Had to switch rooms and then the air wasn’t working in that room so we had to switch rooms again . Then we kept having to get key cards made for that room because they wouldn’t work. The carpet was torn or snagged and filthy in all 3 rooms. The bathrooms were fairly clean. The room smelled stale like someone may have smoked in it. The lobby was blocked off by caution tape. The elevators floor had flooring chipped out here and there.

great stay

in Cartersville for work my family and my welding partner family came in town on different occasions and they made sure to put the rooms closer and was not bothered much seeing that we worked night shift.

nothing really besides one housekeeping getting mad that I told her we was not checking out. she got mad and started talking in Spanish not knowing my partner speaks Spanish. but everything else was great

The staff and room were fine

The staff was excellent! The shower head was phenomenal!

We could not get the TV to work. The coffee pot did not work. There was no microwave or refrigerator. Breakfast was awful. There was no coffee at breakfast.

Regular customer- treated poorly last two nights

Close to work

Poor communication between staff, double charging card, changing prices of reservations at the time of checkin, staff would up prices certain months, didn't clean room daily, people smoking in non smoking facility. A lot of drug activity on property, noisy when trying to sleep at night for work next morning!!!

I always enjoy my stay at Microtel especially their huge bathtubs, clean and friends

We liked the fact that it had a breakfast that someone could actually get somewhat full from that is until recently when the choices off food offered dwindled.

If all of the rooms offered a refrigerator and microwave in all rooms and not just suites.
