Out of Town Stay

Everything was Wonderful

No call back, after I called and left something behind in the room @fter checkout, front desk gentleman took my number and said they would call me back , whether item was find or not...and I'm still waiting for a phone call.

This is more like a one star hotel. Air conditioner barely worked. Dead ladybugs everywhere, hair in the shower.

Clean and Comfortable but overpriced for what you get.

The property was clean. Right off the highway,and close to restaurants, a grocery store, and some shopping. I know most hotels do not clean your room daily, so I liked that someone came in with fresh towels and least took out the trash daily. They did have an electric charger for your vehicle for an extra charge. But the overnight charge was fairly reasonable.

First let me say that if I seem picky, I picked this hotel for the full kitchen and breakfast. The room seemed neat but The bathroom sink faucets was not set in firmly. Like parts missing and wobbly. Like a 1/2” pipe in a 2” hole if that makes sense(but it worked)And the shower handle had pieces loose and coming off. We had a dirty blanket for the rollaway. I’ve been to these type of home 2 stay places before and this was the Least impressive kitchen area. It had a larger fridge, a dishwasher, and microwave. But the room was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was good for my husband who went down at 6am when it was fresh. But everything was dry and crusty by 8am. And the last day we were there, they were short handed and because a soccer team was there they had NOTHING left except oatmeal and about 12 people in line to make waffles. I waited for 20 minutes for coffee that came after I gave up. And the decaf was actually cold. Even the juice was out. I felt bad for the lady working there. But also for all the guests that were not getting what they paid for. I just expected a little more for around $200 a night. Not sure I would pick this hotel over the others in the area.

Over booked. We book in February for April. Had us stay in a handicap room, because they overbooked and gave our room away. Charge us $60 more. And wouldn’t give us a copy of the receipt. Said Booking.com would send it to us. Sad Sad

We were disappointed for the price we paid

seemed well kept

Upon entering the room we found a dirty sock. We did not get to the hotel until almost 10pm but when I got into bed and pulled up the comforter, there was a wet spot on the comforter. Hoping it just didn’t finish drying from being washed 😳 Included breakfast did not start serving until 7:30 am. We needed to get going way before 7:30am.

Nice stay with great breakfast I would stay again

The breakfast and staffing in the breakfast area was exceptional. With a large family we are usually the last to leave the bkfst area. However, the staff continued to put food out until their scheduled closing time which was a a nice surprise. We were finished and just visiting together when the bkfst area started closing and the staff came over and asked if we would like anything additional before they started closing it up. It was a refreshing change from many other bkfst areas at other hotels.

The bathroom in our room smelled bad, very bad. Like mildew or mold Only 2 bath towels were in our bathroom. We had a large room for our family of 5. I asked the front desk for additional towels and they told me they didn’t have any, but they would check (which didn’t make any sense to me). They gave me 1 towel and 2 additional washcloths and told me that was all I was getting. So we just made due with what we had. They were a little ruse/crude but we just went on with our business, maybe the front desk lady was just having a bad night.

The rooms were spacious and nice.

Room wasn't ready 30 minutes after check-in time. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9am to clean even though check out time wasn't until 11am 😡

We will be back.

The breakfast was delicious and had just the right variety for my group. The staff put all three of our rooms together which was very helpful. Ms. Paula, who worked afternoons and evening was AMAZING. Even the students loved her.

There were not enough towels in one of our rooms and no hand soap in that bathroom.

it was ok but not worth the money.

There was more than enough room for my family of 4.

Staff was not very friendly and they did not staff properly for the morning to keep up with breakfast. As well as the sheets were very poor quality and came off of all the beds thru the night.

We enjoyed our stay, and it was even comfortable/big enough for our family of 5, plus our fur baby!

The size/cleanliness of the room was great! It was plently big enough for my family of 5, plus our fur baby! Loved the kitchenette. The bathroom was a decent size. Complenmentary soaps in the shower itself, incase you happen to forget your own. My kids loved the indoor saltwater pool!

The beds weren't all that comfortable.

very happy with the beds and the price for my family of six. staff was nice but was middle of the night. so not much

beds comfy. price right to sleep my family of 6. free breakfast. clean

one of the towels had several long black hairs in it-seemed clean but like the washer did it get them out. smelled clean. air conditioner didn’t work right but temp overnight we cool enough that it was ok. we got there really late so didn’t even call from desk about it. too tired. might have been an easy fix had we called.
