It was awful
There was nothing I liked about my stay and unfortunately was stuck there due to no other available hotels near where we needed to be they were all booked.
The staff are very unprofessional. I had to get my own toiletries, towels. No phone to call front desk. Breakfast was not even what I was told. No balcony room stuck on bottom floor we were in 129 and my family was stuck in 126. No pool. I would call front desk from personal phone as soon as I said who I was and what I needed I was automatically put on hold and they never came back to phone so I had to walk all the way to the desk. Neither room was what we asked for from the beginning . There was construction all over and the guys at desk and a female they called O were so unprofessional and should not be in front desk in charge of check in or check out or anything at all. They are very rude. I asked for 4 towels to be brought to each room and always only got 2 and had to always take them myself and was always told they could only give me 2. There was 4 adults in 129 we needed 4 towels and room 126 had 2 adults and 3 children all under 5 and were only given 2 towels. I paid over $518.88 for my stay and with the money I paid I should have at least had a better housekeeping. Front staff should of been more helpful. I paid to have a weekend where I didn’t have to do everything and instead I ended up paying just for me to do everything. I’m not sure why the staff is being paid to watch movies at front desk and ignore guest but this needs to be looked into and compensation for the horrible stay. You all will be losing a lot of business due to what I saw and how the treatment was

Never again will we stay at a Quality inn
NOTHING, ABSOLUTE FILTHY. Staff was nice and refunded final 3 days and we left.
Only redeeming factor was front office staff.

Outstanding staff, comfort, price, and location
Everything. So comfortable and some of the friendliest and most genuinely kind staff you will ever meet! This was my second stay, and I will definitely be back. Thank you, Levi, Lynn, and Nan! You are all so wonderful and deeply appreciated!

Grout around the tub needs to be redone, no refrigerator, couldn't find how to turn on light over the sink & my key didn't work. Nan had to let me in every night. I do realize that they are remodeling but hope they remember to go back and fix these things. Also, too many mirrors, it's kinda creepy to have a full length mirror facing the side of the bed and another mirror facing the front of the bed. Maybe they could find room for the full length mirror in the space with sink

Slum.
The entire place was rundown. From the outside, several of the rooms looked unusable. Extension cords running above over the ground. Never would have stayed there if I new it was in such bad shape prior to making reservations.

I would say never again in this property.
Price for a one day stay was acceptable
Terrible bath.Rost everywhere in the tube.
