It was a ok place to stay

Pretty clean

Wasn’t happy about asking for a first floor room and was told they don’t have any . Then the pool was closed due to remodeling that was the reason we wanted to stay there

Overall great stay

Stayed in the King Suite with Spa tub. Was very surprised at how big the room was for the price. Will be back in the future.

Breakfast could be a little better. Microwavable bacon or sausage with the biscuits would be a great idea.

Won’t be staying at this supper 8 again.

That it was a bed at the end of a long drive.

First tried to make us pay more during check in. Then the pool was down. In there was a dead roach in our room.

The future was a little short, that's for me it is standard. There was also a hole in the bathroom siiling.

Maintenance and safety issues. Mediocre even for an interstate hotel.

Front desk staff was pleasant.

Outside door on back of building had been forced open and would not secure. Hotel was warm and guest cannot control the thermostat. Hallways have strong smell of cigarettes. Shower valve was broken resulting in shower head and faucet running at same time. I was charged twice for my room and had to dispute with my credit card. Breakfast was very limited.

The rooms were very outdated the bathroom was horrible I had to buy cleaning supplies to use the bathroom!

it was an epic FAIL!

the bed was the only good thing about the property and the staff!

it was a complete RAT hole. literally, we walked in and their was food on the floor, the bathroom and tub had what looked like black soot in it, the walls and ceilings had massive holes, the window was broken and bolted shut. it SMELLED so bad that we had to go but air freshener because it stunk and gave me a massive migraine! all in all it was a 1/10. I wouldn’t recommend. it’s not worth the $85 plus $100 deposit. no need for the deposit the hotel can’t get any worse. it needs a MAJOR remodel. and to remove all the crackheads that was staying there. smelled Marijuana throughout all the hallways. just all in all DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The recliner chair in the room was deplorable. Should have been in the garbage. Broken, tattered, filthy, disgusting. We had to change rooms

Barbara at front desk was just as friendly as can be awesome!! Very soft bed!! Room 102 stayed from Dec 30 2022 until Jan 4th 2023.

The indoor pool was closed for the winter!! Lol that's right CLOSED FOR THE WINTER I GUESS THE COLD WEATHER AND SNOW AND ICE WAS GONNA GET INDOORS AND FREEZE AND BUST THE HEATED INDOOR POOL!! WHAT A JOKE!! then there's the housekeeping THEY WAS SO VERY RUDE ASK THEM TO MAKE OUR BED EVERYDAY AND TAKE OUT TRASH THEY WAS PISSED OFF AND 🙄 IM LIKE WOW WE ARE NOT ASKING ALOT!! THE HALLWAYS SMELLED LIKE MILDEW NO SNACK MACHINES NO BREAKFAST LOST POWER FOR 3 HOURS NO GENERATOR OTHER THIN THE SOFT BED AND BARBARA AT FRONT DESK OUR STAY WAS TERRIBLE!! WILL NOT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN

Disappointing

Barbara the lady at front desk was awesome! The bed room 102 was very comfy

The smell of mildew in the hallway and room door needs to be paint but the most definitely was no breakfast at all no vending machine with snacks in them then the indoor pool was closed for the winter!! That's right closed for the winter never heard of a indoor pool being closed for the winter what a joke! Then the electric went out for 3 hours never checked on anyone no genenerator then top it off the housekeeping was a man and a woman very very strange and rude all we asked for daily was make bed and take out trash we brought our own towels they would get upset cos they had to do that for us I mean wow that's your job then we was there for 5 nights we got locked out cos after 2 days your key stops working I mean it was terrible never stay here again!

You get what you pay for....

No toilet paper in the room, One...ONE towel, A/C from 1974 that turned off every 30 seconds and kept resetting itself to 75 degrees, moulding coming loose. Said good morning to the front desk agent and he laughed and walked to the kitchen area....professional? Only two good points was that it was quiet and the front desk agent when we checked in was pleasant.

Update your A/C, fix the moulding, the patch jobs that aren't even painted over, and make sure those working the morning are pleasant.
