Would not advise staying here.

The hotel was updated.

Staff was non existent. We stayed for 3 nights and our room never got cleaned, not even once. We complained and the one lady was veryrude. The other front desk lady did come on the last evening and took our trash and gave us fresh towels.

Rooms were comfortable but I was not pleased with the quality of service.

Bed was very comfortable. room was very spacious.

Bath tube had dirty stains, the TV never worked, wifi would come and go, we called the front desk multiple times and no one would answer. Also, during breakfast barely any food was put out in time.

Will never be back

It wasn’t to far from the beach

Went to turn the air up the first night and was laying in bed 20 minutes later when we were in bed and heard something hit the ground, turned the light on and the front of the ac fell off and is full of mold!!! No one ever even looked at it after it was reported to them. Staff is not friendly at all and spends most of the time on personal calls at the front desk or smoking out front.

the company started renovating but it’s completely finished bathroom shower the tub had some type of white paint in it , carpet was dirty cracks in the door frame and bugs in the room

The location is pretty

selected because it advertised 2 pools. both were too dirty to be used. saw another family with small kids all excited to go swimming and then the disappointment on the faces of the entire family when they saw the condition of the pools. sad. we took this place specifically for the pools because it’s at least a half an hour from any beach

beds were very comfortable! you can watch any movie you’d like on the tv

roaches and flying bugs in the room! one specific lady at the front desk was rude. hard to get extra towels. room wasn’t properly cleaned beforehand. outside pool was disgusting

Disappointing

It was near the Naval base.

The other guest were loud. The rooms were not that clean. Elevators were dirty. Despite having cameras my car was hit in the parking lot and I was not given any information on the vehicle. The manager wouldn’t even come to speak to me. A Officer came and made a request to see the cameras we were told the owners would look at the video and get back to me. A month later and still no phone call or follow up.

It was enjoyable and the hotel was newly remodeled, looked nice.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the accommodations fit our needs. We did not have breakfast or use the pool while we were there.

Great place to stay on a budget!

it’s a great affordable stay. Staff is friendly and breakfast buffet is nice as well. I would say you get what you pay for not more nothing less.

close to navy base. lots of amenities. nice rooms. good value

towels didn’t get changed at all during my three day stay. breakfast area was messy and product not replenished. went to front desk three times and no one was there.

my room 1110 didn’t feel as safe because when the door is closed it’s a big gap where the hinges are so u can see into the hall or the room but other than that I was pleased with my stay

Breakfast was horrible. Eggs were gross. Nothing really to choose from. Just a complete dirty mess in the area. Noone cleaning up the counters. Milk tastes sour. Room was ok, but that's about it

The location was great and the front desk workers was so kind when checking in.

Our Reservation was canceled the morning of checkin day without our knowledge!! The front desk offered us one room instead of the two we had booked! it was hard squeezing 4 adults, 4 teenagers, and a toddler inside one room! The ice machine in our building didn’t work and you have to walk to the front building just to get ice!! Also the room never cooled down enough and the beds was hard!

It was ok. It served its purpose.

Convenient location close to everything. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. Its a great hotel if you only plan on staying there to sleep and shower. The parking lot was well lit at night.

The lobby was freshly remodeled. They attempted to remodel the rooms but cut way too many corners: rust on doors/hinges; old plumbing but new vanity; wrong type of paint as it’s peeling badly. I also didn’t feel safe traveling back at night as on the corners there is a influx of homeless people begging for money to pay to stay at the hotel. I often saw them roaming the property. There is a shortage of housekeeping staff so they aren’t paying attention to details and cleanliness. There is NO ROOM safe either so don’t leave anything of value in the room. There wasn’t much of a variety for the free breakfast as well. There was absolutely no fruit. I also didn’t like that there were loud and obnoxious people staying there. Its a good place just to sleep and shower. But nothing more.

It was enough for what I needed.

Location and free parking were the main reasons I stayed in this hotel.

The whole room, including the bathroom, could have been cleaner. It had a strong humidity, moldy smell when first walking in.

it could’ve been a lot better especially for the price we paid

over all the room and location was nice and comfortable

for starts the ac didn’t work it kept getting frozen when we told the staff about it they said it was a issue with all the room no ac or heat for the whole 4 days thank god the weather wasn’t too hot then the microwave didn’t work where it was so you had to move the microwave and plug it up somewhere else just to warm up your food once we told staff about that they responded with “we called the owner and they called maintenance but I guess the never showed” then they canceled your key card the night/morning of your last day so when your bring stuff to your car you can’t get back it to get the remaining of your belongings thank you for the nice cleaning lady to open our room do so we can finish packing
