Avoid not worth the money whatsoever!

Only a place to lay you’re head and leave .

Old out dated no mirror in the bathroom to shave etc! Room hot smelly when got to it only have some stairs to upper floor. Tv all static barely works. Definitely not WORTH the money for the night do not stay keep going . We had to as everything else was booked .

Piss poor never again will I stay in a baymont

They advertise of having a pool got there and checked in and there was a sign in front desk saying pool is NOT accessible….drained no water in it, had no small fridge for refreshments couldn’t even have a cold beer after work…shower was not working properly and the vanity sink was clogged

No pool and dirty bathroom, friendly staff

Staff was friendly Beds were clean

Booked this hotel expecting a pool for our kids to swim in and when we got there, there was a sign that said the pool was permanently closed. The shower looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a long time and there was mold on the shower curtain so no showers/bath were taken. Wallpaper in the bathroom was dirty and falling off. Needs some major updating.

location was desirable by the interstate

outdated rooms. parking lot was set up poorly. couldn’t use access doors besides the main entrance which was a real drag because our room was right next to an access door and was not close to the main entrance. tv was not easy to use

Room and facility was in poor condition, web site didn't say pool was closed during booking.

Location was good, had a nice ice machine, continental breakfast was good.

Overall bathroom condition, bed was old and worn, TV remote did not work.

That we were able to find a place during Sturgis Rally.

300.00 for a bed frame made out of 2x8, the bed was hard. After finding something on the wall behind the door of bathroom, had no interest in eating their complimentary breakfast! Thanks but no thanks!

It worked for a one night layover in our trip, but probably would not book again.

Room appeared fairly clean

The room was hotter than heck, took forever to cool down. Beds were awful, hard as a board. Pool wasn't working. Breakfast options less than desirable. the TV barely worked - you could only use the channel up or channel down buttons. There was a TV guide with a ton of channels, but you only got about 8-10, the others were just static.

Pretty much just a place to sleep if you don’t need anything more

The bed was more comfortable than expected

Run down, dirty, and over priced.. Staff didn’t say anything as far as breakfast or breakfast hours Or any info that a person at the front desk should say just checked me and handed me my keys

The front desk stated that only a 2 queen room was sent.

The breakfast was a typical covid Era spread.

I reserved a 2 queen suite with a pull out sofa bed. What we received was a contract 2 queen room. There was no cable box and 8 channels. The weather stripping on the window was 3/4 torn off. The fan motor in the bathroom was frozen and squealed if we tried it. My wife left it on the 2nd day and it started to turn but you could still hear it thump. The security bar on the door to keep someone from forcing themselves in was broken. There was no microwave or refrigerator. The bedding was torn in a Few places. Since there was never any housekeeping I assumed it was a contract room. I would not rented out that room at our motel in Preston MN.

Don't trust your reservations here and the staff were very rude

Had booked my stay for a queen suite over 2 wks in advance but upon checking in was given a 2 queen bed room instead. Was told they didn't have any queen suites available anymore and they could just cancel my reservation if I wanted. When asked to talk to the manager was told they weren't available and during the conversation the gal hung up on me twice. Still have yet to have the manager call me.

The 2 queen bed room that we were given had a hole in the wall and blood colored stains on the sheets.

dirty feces in toilet, mold I. bathrooo, dirty coffee pot from previous guest ride staff

everything the pool was closed, our toilet had feces in it. there was mold all over in the bathroom the coffee pot was not cleaned from previous guest. the tv did not work the staff was not friendly or helpful. when asked to speak to a manager the front desk girl ignored me and nothing was done.

easy to get to off the highway. close to downtown spearfish.

it was a bit creepy. not very welcoming. uncomfortable bed. very thin walls and ceiling. heard everything. weird/broken furniture.

For us, Wyndham has become a synonym for deferred maintenance. Things can always be better at a Wyndham Hotel!

Very poor

Did not get the room i booked, i booked a 2 queen room and got a single king bed, they gave us a roll a way bed but one of my kids still had to sleep on the floor. Unacceptable.

Terrible experience. Do NOT recommend to anyone!!

I went to what was supposed to be breakfast at approximately 6:30 a.m. and was expecting some sort of breakfast but instead I was greeted poorly by the clerk and was told... Uh.... we have coffee... Are you serious??

We called before we booked and asked about our dog and were told he would be fine as every website we looked at stated the Spearfish location was pet friendly. Around noon on the second day we received a phone call stating we needed to leave because our dog was not allowed. This was after we stayed the 4 nights!!! The receptionist was very rude and unwilling to even listen about their websites stating they were a pet friendly facility...... I did show her in person and all she could say was "somebody was supposed to change that".... I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! HORRIBLE MOTEL!!!
