Overall, enjoyable stay. Lots to see and do in the area.

Great location. The staff was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with the pull out couch. Replaced ours that had several broken springs.

Everything was fine.

Overall, underwhelming, but at least it was clean.

The property was clean. Some of the morning house keeping staff were quite nice.

It’s more dated than advertised, and the breakfast has no variety. The carpet in the room was torn. The hot tub was freezing, but someone came to fix that, and it got a little better. Also, the lights were off in the pool area (at 2 in the afternoon!). The front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. One of them told me to leave the lobby with my “pet” because his mother-in-law is allergic to dogs. My dog is a registered ESA; I’d just shown him her registration card. Also, my ESA was leashed, under control, and not really very near to the other woman in the lobby.

room wasn’t ready took them two hours after we arrived to have room ready. stains on carpet. shower didn’t work correctly. uncomfortable beds

Wonderful stay

The room was larger than most and very clean. Breakfast was very good. Just a very pleasant stay all around.

Floors in our room were dirty( not vacuumed). Air unit didn’t work properly, very loud, couldn’t shut it off.

Rude staff Told me that they had to take a copy of my CC# because my third party (booking.com)never pays them. Breakfast was cold and disappointing to say the least. Dirty pool. Several things falling apart in the room.

Beds could of been less bouncy and wiggly.. had dead bed bugs under mattress and someone else's key card under it too. They charged me more than the booking.com price

Ahhhh, NICE!

The breakfast was nice. Coffee in the lobby, stellar! The mattresses weren't hard as a rock. I like soft and medium pillows. Black out curtains are perfect. The room was nice and clean. I like your hotel very much.

Nothing. I'm sorry I can't come up with anything but I really liked it.

We love Hampton Inns, but it's a shame basic hotels aren't all like them.

Location was excellent, staff was great, hotel was clean and comfy.

Pricey to just get a clean hotel with excellent service.

Wonderful

The breakfast was wonderful!! Nice variety of stuff to eat. The pool and whirlpool was nice and my nephew really enjoyed the water slide. The staff gave us towels whenever we needed them.

I really didn’t have a complaint but like any bed it’s hard to get used to a bed that’s not your own. But it was great.

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE ROOM AND GREAT BREAKFAST. LACKING IN THE HOSPITALITY DEPARTMENT.

BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC!

WATER SLIDE WAS OUT OF ORDER AND THE JETS IN THE HOT TUB DID NOT WORK. WE DID NOT HAVE DAILY ROOM SERVICE. I HAD TO BRING OUR DIRTY TOWELS DOWN BEFORE THEY WOULD GIVE US NEW, FRESH TOWELS. I BROUGHT THE EMPTY BAG OF SANITIZING WIPES FROM THE WORKOUT ROOM TO BE REPLENISHED, NEXT DAY THERE STILL WAS NO SANITIZER WIPES. MY FAMILY HAD TO REQUEST TO HAVE THE POOL LIGHTS TURNED ON FOR US TO SWIM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT.

pool area was FREEZING. the heater in the room was SO loud. there was minimal hot water for showers. the room was not cleaned well.

Restful.

I’ve stayed here before. I return because the beds are soft and comfortable.

They need to make repairs. in our room the shower head was damaged as was a curtain upon check in. Otherwise everything was good.
