It's fine.

It was fine. I wouldn't spend a vacation or extended stay here past a night or two, but as one night at the halfway point in my drive, literally just to sleep, it was fine. Sheets were clean; bathroom was clean; continental breakfast was fine; mattress was fine; air conditioner worked. Pet fee is only $11, which is half what it is at all other motels in the area.

Big sticky spot on a not-so-clean carpet. The place is just a bit run down in general, as it's an older hotel. Except zero frills. It's cheap, but for what you get, it feels like it should be cheaper. The motel is right off of the interstate, which is great if you're just stopping for the night, but it means there are no sidewalks, restaurants, shops, etc. in the immediate area.

Good location, but rooms need work!

It was located close to Texas Tech which was great.

The plug in the bathroom did not work. There was no hair dryer in my room. The freezer was filled with frost and the refrigerator had a lot of ice buildup as well. The water pressure was very weak.

Not as great as usual

Staff is always polite. It's always quiet. Price was ok. Usually pretty clean. First time out of over 10 stays I had any complaints.

Room wasn't very clean. There was dirt in bathroom sink. Flying ants in room had to buy raid. Microwave was dirty. This was the first time I had this problem out of about 10 stays

It was at least very quiet considering it was next to a highway

There were holes in the bedspread there is some gross nasty stuff in the bathroom on the counter I couldn't change rooms and I couldn't even get a maintenance person to get a coffee pot or even get me a coffee pot I had to go buy one when did we not put coffee butts in hotel rooms get coffee pots

Nothing. It was the only availability in town less than 130 a night. The 1st room we got was stinky, musky and dirty. The shower did not work and the door did not lock. The 2nd room was just as dirty. They do not change sheets. Luckily I travel with my own so I used mine. These rooms have not been cleaned ever it looks like. As a matter of fact when housekeeping was making their rounds there was no cart with new sheets, towels or even a vacuum. When I checked in another staff member came charging in cussing up a storm. That was welcoming.

The room was filthy. I had a difficult time trying to get the key to work and the replacement key also gave a hard time. The room had bugs, throw up or something on one of the furniture pieces, bathroom was disgusting, and too far from the hospital than I had expected. I asked for a refund before unloading but was told I had to go through booking and then it was up to the motel staff to reimburse. Booking was contacted the motel but a week later still no refund. The motel was empty so they weren’t losing any money. I will be contacting the manager next week sometime if the money isn’t returned. I didn’t stay but 10 minutes in the room before booking a different motel.
