Cozy, comfortable place to stay.

Spacious and comfortable room. The whole facility was clean.

No gripes here.

It was eh. Would only stay here again if other places were sold out.

Did not eat breakfast.

The ice machine did not work on our floor.... The walls are paper thin and the door is not soundproof either - so we were woken up easily. Need a fan in the bathroom - after taking a shower everything in the bathroom gets condensation on it

Perfect road stop stay.

The breakfast was fine- the best part was the "pour-your-own waffles." The facilities were clean and food was hot. It was great for a quick meal before hitting the road. The room was just what you'd expect. It was clean, and everything worked in the room just fine. The hotel gym was clean and useful.

It was just a little boring, and the breakfast was all processed food.

Poor lighting in the room . It’s very dark especially when you have nothing but girls trying to get ready .

There wasn’t much to like

The staff was rude & unprofessional. The room had holes in the walls that were barely patched. Breakfast was gross.

Exceptional

We stayed to have a nice romántico evening for my Birthday, my husband rented with the hot tub. We had a very relaxing evening. We have stayed at a Microtel Inn in the past and we're not satisfied, this time around we were most definitely happy...

It was comfy for a quick overnight trip, and the price was decent. Just didn’t appreciate the room smelling like smoke.

The outside is lit very bright, and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff wasn’t very friendly and she told us no smoking in the room, which is what we wanted. But as soon as we walked in, you could smell stale cigarette smoke

Clean but loud

Location was convenient right off the highway. Facilities were clean & nice

Booked room for 4, one bed was a pull out sofa bed and sheets/bedding were not in room so we had to go to front desk and ask for them after checking in at 10pm. Our room was on the back of the hotel and there was a loud party right outside our room with very loud music from 11pm to 4 am so sleep quality was very poor.

The location is good when visiting Texas Tech. Room is always clean.

Staff, food, and the pool were on maintenance and the sheets had red stains, no drinkable water.

the noise in the AC unit. couldn’t sleep had to switch rooms at 1am and noise still continued.
