Wasn’t clean enough for me and it sucks that the food wasn’t good.

It was good that they served breakfast but it wasn’t what I expected.

The food wasn’t refilled and people kept asking to have it filled up. The biscuits were hard.

Very disappointed!!!!

The price

Everything from my room stinking like dirty laundry to them refusing to give back our cash deposit. They said we were smoking in the room because I opened the window. No one speaks English and the really nice pool was closed for no apparent reason, all weekend.

Great, but not perfect stay.

Staff was friendly.

Did not get daily serving of the room. Had to visit the cleaning staff in the hallway to get fresh towels. TV Remote was not working most of the time. Also, because I booked this stay through booking.com, no credit to BW account was given.

Disappointing

The location was good for us as we had a soccer tournament

The pool was extremely crazy kids in there were throwing water balloons and footballs. The girl at the front desk didnt say one word to them. Where there were so many people in there the water looked cloudy and dirty

The sheets had spots ,the shower was not cleaned seems like it was just wiped down ,it had a smell of mold , we will never stay there again ,those reviews about its great is a lie

The room had pet hair everywhere. All my clothes ended up with pet hair on them.

the lady who worked front desk when I first got here was nice and courteous to me. other then that the stay was awful.

beds were hard, didn’t seem like anything really got cleaned in the room. the pool and hot tub both had hair/lint in them. my pull out couch the mattress inside was flat and old had a tear down the side of it. the tv did not work showed no signal, and was only accommodated with one rag for the stay.

Exceptional

Wonderful staff, great location & a very comfy room. Easy to get in and out, and with great features - like Internet, a microwave, and mini fridge. I also really appreciated the vending machines as someone who was staying alone and didn't get back to the hotel until late, having the option of drinks was great.

I wish Booking.com referenced the pet fee somewhere. I feel like I scoured the policies page several times looking for it. I don't have an issue with the fee, it just would've been preferable to know ahead of time.

The toilet didn’t work. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. The curtains were insufficient to keep out the light from the parking lot floodlights. There were noisy men in the hallway, who sounded drunk, until 11:30 pm.
