Nothing.

I did not appreciate how we were rudly treated. After 3 hours of be there in the room and also having my child with me as well made up something completely out of thin air saying that my out of state family member, who they did not even ask for their name or i.d, they were claiming she was banned from the property when that is an impossible thing especially when she is not from the area and has never been to the property ever before. They gace us 5 min and threathen to call cops without even trying to talk with us whatsoever and made us leave with no refund and nowhere to go at 1230am

Font trust them. The refused my reservation and still took my money and would not refund it. BOOKO

They steal your money and don't let u check in and Booking.com can't even help you. Don't go here they are thief I didn't get to check in and they sent me away with children. Thank God the Extended stay was there to help us. Whatever you do don't stay here and don't book through Booking.com

I would never stay there again!

Absolutely nothing except the staff/owner was a reasonable person

Hotel smelled awful, room floor dirty, stains on covers. The bathroom was even worse, the bathtub had more than normal amounts of hair, it looked as they only swapped out towels and turned the lights off!

Staff was nice.

Room was dirty. Stains on bedspread, dirty carpet, saw roaches in bathroom in the morning. Drawers in dressers were dirty. Elevator broken. I had to call down for toilet paper there was very little on roll.

first the elevator wasn’t working, the place smelled bad and when it came to the room it wasn’t clean, the table was broken and held up by one of the broken legs, the towels n wash cloths was brown agmonst other things

two pillows for two people in a king size bed: called and the man only acted as if he cared about our comfort at all, waited for 1hr and of course no call or knock to give us pillows, or let us know he didn’t have any. Sheets were burnt, room smelled, towels and washcloths are off white and obviously need to be replaced. didn’t even use them. the lady was nice at the front once she came, that’s about the only good thing.

We checked in and immediately left after seeing the room, it was disgusting.

The room was dirty. The front desk guy was very very rude and inattentive.

Disappointing

Location was in a safe environment that was about it.

The receptionist or desk clerk constantly wondered away from the front desk. It was person that constantly hung out in the lobby or in front of the property who wasn't a employee. All the sheets where supposed to be white have to go to the front desk to get some cleaner sheets. No one was there so I was told to wait and eventually someone showed up.

Terrible experience

Nothing. Black mold on ceiling, no smoke detector and very foul odor. We didn’t even stay. Left as soon as we saw the room and the lady at front desk refused to refund our money.

I checked out. I didn't stay.

Nothing about it.

The room smell like mildew, the bed had mold on the bed and covers, the toilet have flushes, the chair nasty, refrigerator nasty and stinks, dusty, and the wash clothes and towels were not clean.
