It was a good value and was in a good location for where I needed to be.

The room had roaches, the comforter needed to be cleaned, it smelled of someone's body odors. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better, the tub had a dirt ring in it from someone previously taking a bath. Dirty rag left hanging on the shower curtain bar.

Disappointing

The manager was nice to check in was fairly easy and went well although the facility was not that clean

Neither of the lights beside the bed work, I noticed roaches, the door didn't close very well and there were people hanging out so I didn't feel very safe

Not on my list, one of my worst stays in years.

Easy access and cheap

Noisy, vulgar neighbors are not what you want to wake up to. Facility is marginal but without a breakfast the savings are not worth it.

Not a safe quiet place to stay

Location seems good but in a rough part of the area. Loud neighbors

Loud intimidating neighbors. Apparently the lower prices encourage longer term stays. Not a safe feeling for travelers.

being that the price was cheap, the room was terrible. the blankets had cigarette burns all on them. room was dirty. never again would I go.

booking.com stole my money the reservation was made under a nickname, and they charge me to change

I made a reservation for Shay baby, which is my nickname and property and booking.com would not except so I had to cancel Shay baby and change it to Shanel Cox and I was charged for both rooms -5 dollars I will never ever recommendbooking.com and I will let it be known that the trickery you have if you book there is no refund or changing of dates scam When you say taking money from people who work hard for their money, you guys suck balls I really deserve a full refund. I stayed at the facility that night. I just had to change names and you charged me a full price. I hate you for that but if you refund my money, I’ll give you five stars. Thank you .

I did not like the fact that booking.com kept my money when I only had to make a name change, it went from Shay Baby to Shanel Cox with the same credit card used and all booking.com is a thief

My stay was non existent and it was the worst experience I had in a very long time.

Once arriving and seeing the room and atmosphere, I immediately turned around and requested to leave and receieve refund. There was blatant prostitution happening in the vicinity. People were hanging out around the motel acting erratic and not appropriately dressed- clearly on drugs. People were hanging outside their motel doors drinking beer and the entire place immediately struck me as a crack house/motel location. The rooms were nothing better. The backs of the doors look like there had been fights and chaos and possible blood splatter on the backs of them. The room stunk like old cigarette smoke - when we requested non smoking. Everything was just disgusting.. for lack of a better word. I had my three year old daughter with me and upon arriving i immediately had my defenses up just SEEING the place. I still have not received a refund for this horrible night and its been the worst experience I've had in a while.

Everything. There is nothing good another this place. It needs to be shut down or investigated.

The room I stayed this time has German roaches only saw two. I normally tell Bryan these things but he wasn’t around. This is room 102 so hoping they take care of this.

The place was crap staff was terrible

I like nothing about the Budget Lodge people outside drinking beer smoking weed the room had dirty sheets burnt cigarette hole in the blanket the floor was so slippery that I slipped and fell and I had a brand new pair of sneakers on towels were damp there was no remote for the TV the stove only had one iron working there was no iron it was terrible

I will not go there again booking.com should even have them on the booking list

Mostly Clean rooms..mostly friendly staff. The location is great

The maids stand in the hallways bad mouthing guests in front of other guests..they will even try to involve unwary guests..It's very uncomfortable..maid staff is very unprofessional and the biggest drawback to staying here..

wanted to checkout my first day. wasn’t horrible though.

It was cheap, the floors were nice, and the people who worked there were nice except for one housekeeper she wasn’t rude but was trying to rush us out before checkout time.

The light in the bathroom was very dim/ couldn’t give my son a bath as the drain couldn’t shut. The bedsheets had stains on them and the one blankets had cigarette burns in them & pillow cases also dirty. The beds hurt my back. It was not the room I reserved either. reserved non smoking room bc if my two kids but got a smoking room that smelled like smoke from cigs & bud. If they would get at least new blankets, sheets, pillowcases it wouldn’t be that bad.
