Good location. I would recommend staying there and would definitely consider returning.

Great location. Nice size room. Within walking distance of the places we wanted to see.

Parking wasn't convenient. The hot water situation was terrible. Apparently the water heaters have been repositioned in the building. This required us to turn on the faucets and run the water about 15 minutes in order for the hot water to reach the room.

Overall, this was a welcoming place with an exceptional staff of people. Would stay again.

The staff were wonderful. Very friendly & helpful. Specifically, Danielle was exceptional and Jo was really great. But everyone was kind and welcoming.

The pillows, not comfortable. A little too much noise from the hallways. Would like more effort towards recycling in room.

Only complaint is they don’t have private parking. We had to pay $120 to park in a garage near by for out 2 night 3 day Trip

Exceptional.

The property was extremely intimate and close to everything. The discounts were received on restaurants and activities where great. The staff was super sweet and informative 10/10 would recommend.

Water took a minute to get hot which seems to be common with most Airbnb type rentals.

WE STAYED FOR MARDI GRAS, AND THIS HOTEL WAS VERY CLOSE TO CANAL STREET, [SO CLOSE TO THE PARADES]

Excellent and safe location. Great staff. Very different vibe. Rooms are exceedingly good with quirky but tastefully decorated. Feels, looks and are of premium quality.

One of our best holidays visiting the charming New Orleans. We will miss the friendly people and the great music.

The property was clean and comfortable. We loved the quirkiness of the property. It was so unique and reflected New Orleans charm.

Great family suite.

The location is great. Wonderful full two bedroom condo. Fully equipped with everything needed to set up house.

The bathroom was not ensuite and is shared by all. Hot water was very slow and housekeeping was non existent.

Unique Decor & Overall Good Experience

I liked the Location and unique decor and comfort of rooms.

I was directed to park at the Sheraton garage as this location doesn't have its own garage. It would be nice to offer a coupon or discount for parking at a specifically recommended garage. The next day we found parking a few blocks further for half the cost as the Sheraton.
