beds were hard as a rock air didn’t work well and the non smoking room smelt just like cigarettes. horrible experience

I've stayed at better Super 8s.

The location is excellent and offers great promise, but needs to be developed. Staff was very good.

Breakfast was disappointing. Very limited, and what little was offered couldn't really be consumed. Hot and cold cereal were available, but there were no bowls to be had. I ate my raisin bran out of a coffee cup.

Hotel Stay at Super 8 Wyndham

I really like the size of my room. The staff are fantastic. Housekeeping checks on me daily. I can keep my same room if I choose to book and extra day. I really like being able to book free nights by earning points.

I liked everything about my room. But, I don't like that there is only one washer and one dryer.

Breakfast only had muffins and coffee. They canceled my reservation so I could not use my 10% cash back coupon. But tild me my room is still available.

Terrific location

We loved the location. Even with construction in the area, we could easily walk to downtown Decatur & the MARTA station, & were close by family in the area. There is a lovely, well- maintained graveyard next to the hotel, along with a large park, so we could go take walks in the pretty settings.

We had no complaints, honestly. It's a motel, rather than a hotel, but we knew that and were expecting it (rooms opening to the outside are always going to be noisier than if they open on a quiet hallway, for example). It was perfect for us, and we'll definitely stay there again.

Good location. It was very clean.

It is a motel, so outside noise readily heard. The air conditioning unit was very loud and turned on and off frequently. The room temp would go from quite warm to very cold. I hope the filters in it are cleaned frequently as it blew into the room very forcefully.

The room was nice, but customer service was lacking.

I like the room. It was spacious but the bathroom was not very clean.

Front desk person could’ve been more friendly. He was short, and rude with his answers. I’ve never has a front desk person talk to me the way he did. I’ve never been told I could not sit in the lobby and was told to leave the lobby, I was a paying customer not someone off the street.

Host was very nice and communicative. As a contractor i have items shipped to the hotel . Each day the desk clerk called to say they arrived.

I would never stay there again!

it was smelly and you didn‘t want to touch the carpet without shoes. There was no breakfast! And the manager was unfriendly, even rude. He did NOT say „hello“ or „welcome“, all he said was „ID!“. Of all the hotels during our two week road trip, this was the worst one!
