Got a refund but was double charged. Nightmare. Dirty.

Put in a dirty room without running water - suspect it was due to service animal. Not animal compliant.

Fact we couldn’t shower and disabled & stuck on highest floor in the furthest room with no water stated how they felt.

Where's the Health Department!

NOTHING!

I'm not sure, but I think this might be a homeless shelter. Person with pajama bottoms and bare feet digging through the breakfast food. Suspect people loitering all over the parking lot all times of day and night. Person "sleeping" in his wheelchair in the middle of the parking lot. Noise all night long in our hallway. Blood on our bedding. It looked like someone put their fist through our bathroom door. The entire hotel smelled of smoke. We refused to eat breakfast, and I felt like I won the lottery if there was coffee in the pot. And they were out of clean towels.We tried to cancel, but they said there were no refunds. Contacted Booking.com, and they said they couldn't help us. I'm surprised the health department hasn't closed this place down. In all my years, I have never stayed in a hotel this bad!

needs better maintenance and clean crew need to actually sweep vacuum and wipe real good not just partial. The room was decent until you start paying attention to detail and find out debri here and there and you realize it just clean to make it look clean. The smell of weed was really strong and I believe was coming for the room right next to us which had the tv volume really loud at 2:30 am when we came back from a friends reunión wanting to have a great stay in a comfortable and clean room, but that didn’t happen thanks to our neighbors next door and their weed party; administration should have tell them to cut their noise and respect the other hotel guests and they would have find out the weed party they had; bed was comfortable and clean except a couple noticeable stains on the sheets that make you doubt , then in the morning I notice the sink was a little dirty as well as the the shower tub and the toilet as well as debri in the bathroom floor; I guess next time I will invest 30 dlls more for a better Hotel; I guess I got what a pay for😬

The staff at front desk was nice.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Nothing but waffles , no fruit when I went to eat at 8:45. It was called a buffet. I had to leave and go get me breakfast. There was no toast or cream cheese. Only two types of cereal.

The manager was friendly and helpful The hotel was close to the venue we were interested in.

Poor cleaning service Basic breakfast provided Plastic plates, bowls etc which were single use and an environmental disaster (but that was the same at The place was a bit shabby

For the money, it's not bad. Clean hotel with a mediocre breakfast.

The room was large and beds were very comfortable. Easy access to highway. The price was right.

Neighborhood and traffic through the hotel are a little sketchy. The pool was initially very dirty and had non-residents there two of our four days. The hotel next door told friends staying there that this is an ongoing problem. The bathroom for the pool is on the other side of the hotel, and the only ice machine is on the 1st floor. Coffee pot didn't work in several rooms - ours and several that we visited with at breakfast.

this hotel is terribly dirty, nobody except the one at the reception can speak English Worst imaginable breakfast and very uncomfortable worn out sofa bed, We couldn't stay there, The next day moved to another place for the rest of our vacation

This is not a hotel for the person expecting a clean room that is attractive. What a hole in the wall!!!! All complete with pubic hairs in the shower. Nasty.
