Great location, comfy and clean rooms, and excellent complimentary breakfast

Great location in the historic district Complimentary breakfast ordered from a menu and served outside in the courtyard. Front and back porch have seating and excellent views.

Check st George website first to save money.

We've been here before. We love staff, location and wine bar. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Paying more on booking than through the hotels own website, which would've saved us $50 a night (we stayed an extra night)

It was a pleasant stay

We be liked the the staff, check in, check in with our baggage from our vehicle to our room

I didn’t like the fact we didn’t have the view of the fort or ocean from our room. Air Conditioning was excellent

location, charm, European feel to courtyard breakfast menu and setting, friendly staff. beautiful comfortable balcony room.

bathroom : pedestal sink, no place for stuff, very low toilet, hard for elders like us. Stairs. hope budget allows them to install universal height toilets

I really enjoyed our stay and looking to book again for a future visit.

I liked the nostalgia of the location. inline the walk-in shower with the rainfall shower head. plus our room had a balcony with a view of the fort.

I didn’t like that there were no elevators to get to the second floor. however, upon arrival the staff carried them up for us, but on check out we were responsible for carrying them down .

The location is absolutely perfect. The courtyard is the best we’ve seen in the area and the staff is amazing.

If you go to bed early, the street can be a bit noisy, however we found the noise died down at 10.

Good location, cleaning could have been better, and accommodations could be better for the money.

The location for the booking is really good. You’re in the middle of everything.

The bathroom had left over water bottles from the previous person who stayed. Also, make sure you actually get what you’re looking for (room wise). The pictures on this site are deceiving. We thought we booked a spot South a seperate bedroom and living room, that is not the case. The Collectors Inn was a place we stayed at before and recommend them over this place.

Was interesting because of the hurricane, but still enjoyed St. Augustine and St. George Inn.

Second time we've stayed there and the staff is ALWAYS so pleasant and welcoming, always! Morning, noon and night, everyone is exceptional. Really enjoy talking to them and getting to know them.

Last time, in a different room, strong musty mildew smell, and hubby and I both had bad headaches the entire time because of it. We kept trying to air out the room. This time musty smell upon walking in but not as bad. Then the rug got wet because of the hurricane (I tried to protect it with towels at the bottom of the door, but eventually lost that battle.) When the rug wet it stuck pretty badly (didn't realize that was what it was at first), so we rolled it up and set it outside on the porch for the rest of the trip. We think that actually helped with the mustiness as well, room was noticeably better.

perfect location! Right in the mix of it all. The staff is amazing. They treat you like royalty! New employee Matt is great! Will stay here from now on every time I go to St. Augustine!

The location was close to everything. Staff was outstanding, as was the wine bar.

Location in the middle of everything also meant it was a little noisy in the room until everything closed. It’s a normal trade-off with the location.

St. Augustine and St. George Inn were both charming and we'd come again

We were fortunate enough to have our room above the main lobby, so access to check-in, check-out, breakfast and the elevator was perfect. We greatly enjoyed the live music all weekend and sitting on the patio listening to it. The whole Inn was very clean, and kept. Our room was quaint, not over the top, but very comfortable. The street was a bit noisy at night, but the fan we brought along for white noise, helped drown that out and we slept comfortably.

Not having parking right on the premises was a little inconvenient but the location of the Inn to everything made it easy to walk unless we were venturing across the bridge or beyond town. The parking garage can get full but we had no trouble finding a place each time.
