Wonderfull 44th wedding anniversary stay.

Great valet service by a cheerful young lady. The gardens were a very nice place to linger. Location was perfect for walking to other venues.

Checked in and presented credit card which the staffer recorded. Later after arriving home another staffer called and wanted the credit card number again. Very narrow stairs to get to the room with only a partial handrail. No place to hang a towel near the shower and very small bath mat.

Loved the place from beginning until the end with the welcome sangria to the breakfast and cozy room

The room was amazing and the breakfast was sufficient.

The valet was very nice but there was a bit of damage underneath the vehicle due to the street levels

Wonderful setting but they need to perk up their game.

Beautiful historic setting. Walking distance to everything.

No housekeeping for 2 days. When we complained they really didn’t apologize but they gave us free drink chips to use while one of the guys quickly went in to clean. Also,for some reason our room didn’t have base boards so we had to look at the crumbling grout all around the edges!

Cozy and walking distance from everything

The property felt safe, elegant, and inviting, making our stay enjoyable. The staff was very courteous and efficient. As the weather was cooler, we really enjoyed the fact that there were two gas fire pits running and having an onsite bar between them felt decadent.

The mattress in our room was a bit bowl shaped with edges that collapsed under us if we got too near them. It is probably due for replacement. Still, it was a decent night's sleep.

we loved that it was very open, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times, the rooms were always clean, and the valet was great!

the breakfast was a little underwhelming than what it looked like online. If the food was more fresh then that would have been nice. For example, fresh fruit, fresh pastries, etc.

Beautiful grounds, wonderful staff, convenient location

The property grounds were stunning with beautiful gardens and colorful historical buildings. The staff went over and above to make sure we had all the breakfast, area recommendations, and transportation we needed during our stay, and they would even follow up to see how our tours went from the day prior. This hotel is walkable to shops, restaurants, bars, and museums.

What a wonderful piece of paradise! This hotel is very well thought out with attention to every detail. Beautiful restored historic buildings, gorgeous grounds with statues, fountains, lamps, fireplaces. Beautifully furnished rooms, great breakfast, bikes to use, only steps from historic downtown. If you visit St Augustine, this is the place t go. Adults only.

I loved it and will definately come back to stay when in St. Augustine again.

The very hotel is a collection of historical homes in a wonderful location. The rooms are all different, the grounds are beautiful, the breakfast exceptional, the small bar was very pleasant.

beautiful, quaint, great location, breakfast, Well bar was wonderful, FREE drinking water, friendly staff

Bedroom kinda tight. A little difficult to get in and out of bed. Also there was a large gap between the front door and the floor so a lot of light came into the sleeping area at night and it was loud when the neighbors came in and out.

The Collector is a gem that has its own relaxing, lush setting within walking distance of major attractions. The charm of historic lodging is increased by contemporary conveniences and a welcoming attitude by the staff. We enjoyed our anniversary here, a romantic getaway and will return!

amazing getaway!!

amazing!!! the most welcoming place I’ve ever been. the grounds are just wonderful. on-site bar, minutes walk from the downtown area. The bed was 10/10

if I could say one thing it would be more food options for lunch & dinner

The room was VERY noisy. You could hear the person in the room next to us throwing up all night + doors opening and slamming all night. We called the front desk to complain but no one answered

Perfect Stay!

Loved everything! ( the pool, the fire pits, staff, our bike ride in the evening , through downtown! ) No complaints! Great stay!

There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like! Beautiful hotel and super friendly staff! I loved absolutely everything about our stay, especially the valet parking! I hate having to search for a parking spot, then walk a half a mile to my room, so this was very convenient ! I do wish the property had a hot tub though! 😁
