Location and the view from our balcony. Location across the street from the beach was wonderful. Staff is top notch!

extended weekend beach stay with friends

The salt-water pool is awesome, everything looked clean and well-kept, and everyone was nice and friendly, and Missy was very welcoming.

My room had its air conditioner in the bathroom rather than main room, but was fine.

I liked that the kitchenette was stocked with all the needed essentials to cook. Plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc…. I liked that the room had a balcony off the front and off the back of the room. The water pressure in the shower was awesome! Better than any 5 star hotel I ever stayed in! The beach was 900 steps away from the Sea Drift. Easy to get to by simple crossing the street. Missy the owner was amazing and very pleasant.

I didn’t care for the bed size. I had a room with 2 beds I thought would be queen size. They were only full size, or smaller? My husband and I are both tall, and our feet hung off the bottom. Our mattress did sink in the middle a little. We felt crowded and it was a little hard to sleep. The air conditioning wasn’t as cold as we would have liked, and was a little noisy when it kicked on and off.

The property was exceptionally clean, it is apparent immediately that the owner takes great care of the property.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. The location was amazing. Our rooms were on the 1st floor the heated pool, outdoor shower and ice machine were right outside our doors. There was never any outside noise to disturb us. The beach is located directly across the street when sitting on the chairs outside our room the beach is visible. It is about a 10 minute walk to the pier or a 2 minute drive so it was far enough away to not get the noise and crowds but close enough to be able to be there in just a few mins.

It was our first trip to Maine and we loved it! Thank you!

Missy and the staff are absolutely wonderful. We really liked our room, the kitchen and the private balcony on the 2nd floor with such a nice view. Although it is an older hotel it is very clean. Easy access and close to the beach. Parking onsite.

the location is perfect about 15 min. walk to the center of town. the staff is amazing and make you feel like family. We did not have beach days, but the motel has tables outside so we had lunch outside and enjoyed the pool. I would recommend this motel for your next vacation.

Relaxing and fun vacation

The location is perfect. Close to the beach.. The room was clean and comfortable. About 15-20 minutes walking distance to the center of town. The pool is heated . The staff friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay

Can’t wait to go back

The owner and staff were some of the most friendly and helpful people I have met in a trip. The beach was a 1 minute walk from our door. I’ve already recommended the Sea Drift to many of my friends and family.
