Dissatisfied and disappointed

Location was good

Bathroom needs 100% redoing. Shower was dirty. No latch on door and the toilet rocked when you sat down. Way over charging for pet fees!

I would not book a room there again.

The dog could go outside . It was on a main highway the young man that checked us in was very pleasant

The room and bathroom were to small no bathroom sink no place to really sit in a chair you had watch tv from the bed. I was expecting a complete bathroom and a little sitting area there was no closet!!!!

Was glad it was over will NEVER stay at this place again!!!

The location was in a good spot.

The cabin we stayed in was extremely dirty it was almost like the only thing that is done is the beds were made up! No toilet paper was in the cabin there was previous guests clothing and shoes under the bed!! This place was TERRIBLE!!

Pictures are very deceptive.

The location was a 10-15 minute walk from the Pier. We had great neighbors in the adjacent cabins. The young man overseeing the property was very nice and personable.

The cabins are in rough shape. Rusty cabinets, soft floors, etc. Worst of all, our cabin smelled like urine. Advertised with available picnic table, which was not usable, so we had to sit on our tailgate while outside.

Labor Day Fun

I liked its proximity to OOB. Close enough to walk but far enough not to hear everything. Beds were comfortable. Mostly had what a family of 4 would need.

There were not enough plugs for phone charging. There were 4 outlets. One did not work at all, one was for AC unit, one for TV/Cable box & one for Fridge/Microwave. We purchased power strips in order to charge our phones.

Dirty. No hot water . Shower was disgusting and all black mold . My daughter was grossed out we left early in the middle of the night . Spiders and mold everywhere . Gross

Pleasant

Beds were comfortable. Short walk to beach.

There was a kitchenette but no utensils which is fine but they should let you know so you can bring some! Pull chains for lights need to be a little longer for us short people-had to leave bathroom light on all night because I couldn't reach it! No dish soap to wash anything in kitchen, just one of those small bars of soap wrapped in paper!

Beds were very uncomfortable. These are full size mattresses which was just fine but they are not queen sized. They are not. We didn't care but some might.

too pricey going somewhere else

i liked that i was near the beach and it was quiet

the bungalow was not family friendly a(hotplate) and a toaster is not a stove. no dishes either had to ask the office gentlemen did get them for me stand up shower with children doesnt work and toilet moved quite a bit and no sink in bathroom come on for 746.00 for 2 nights

Horrifying

It was a very short walk to the beach but nothing about the property itself.

First walk to the property their was a bucket filled with cigarettes butts. When you walk in and shut the door their is a large gap under the door that a draft and bugs can get through. The place is small and the floors were disgusting I never wanted to take my shoes off. The bathroom even worse! I am five months pregnant and refused to use the bathroom! I was scared . Look up in the shower and there was this horrifying giant spider! The shower head was broken and it was disgusting . Once we got into the bedroom there are holes in the wall where you can see outside and once again bugs can come crawling in! We checked under the sheets and there was hair every where! We arrived late at night , with a sleeping one year old , two tired teenagers we didn’t think anything could be done at that time. so we kind of sucked it up booked another hotel for the next day and spent the night. Let me tell you it was something out of a horror film! I have never experience such a thing in my entire life . We were freezing cause we all slept over the comforter and scared of what could be crawling all over us. To top it all off at 5 am the dumpsters were being emptied and so we were all packed up and left at 6 am. Not a family atmosphere at all!

Location, pool hours, availability of staff for questions. Obvious updates to blinds and locks recently!

Poor cleanliness of room/entire grounds. This is NOT a reflection of staff abilities, but I think the tone of the facility comes from owner.

This was a disaster for the money. Cost like four seasons with quality like a low rate camp site

The beds were semi ok. But for 300 per night. No way.

Most everything. It wasn’t clean. It’s run down. List is too long for here.

Location

One of the guests staying have no consideration for other guests. Loud music till about 11. and then they sat on porch very loud taking till about 2. Couldn’t sleep. They needs to be a rules on that! Young man working front deck very unprofessional. Had the nerve to ask me why I didn’t show up the night before when it’s none of his business. He wasn’t asking out of concern. The owner was aware of me coming late. The front door to office locked when the office is open and we the guest should be able to walk in. He’s too busy outside fraternizing with guests.

The location to the beach, food and shops was within walking distance, which made it really good. The cabin was small, but it had three vey nice sized beds with clean bedding.

There was one issue, which I spoke to the owner about, and I was compensated for it immediately.

Very clean

The cabins were very clean. Checking was very friendly and quick. Beds were very comfortable and clean. It appears there is some renovations and the place is improving and there is a lot of positives happening there!
