Needs new mgmt!

TRAVELED 6 hrs, arrived at 130, wanted to drop bags in room cuz headed to Harvey for a fam reunion and not back till 10pm! Unheard of to upcharge $25 between 1-3 when hotel was empty! Breakfast was empty before 8am! Front desk gal didn't do anything! No coffee, never empty gabage, didn't replace any food!! Can't believe you charge for a safe and have to ask to get credit! Never go back! Poor mgmt and service!! Noplace open in town to even have breakfast on a Sunday!!

Location and quiet very important

Could be cheaper but honestly tif the money secures peace, quiet and a good nights sleep I will pay for it when traveling.

I’ve stay there before - it’s very quiet & always a good sleep!

Online reservation leaves a lot to be desired. Twice I was informed that my reservation was cancelled because they could not accommodate my arrival time (late afternoon). I reserved through bookings and I usually use their system so I don’t think it was them. Check it out - you may be losing business because you cannot accommodate a normal arrival time? I finally called the motel.

The night person didn’t know how to add an additional day stay. Maybe cause it was through booking.com for the first night.

I liked how clean it was. I love the side of the tv and how comfortable the bed was.

Incompetent's staff, The breakfast was too long to wait, we should depart without because we should've order in advance and nobody told us about that before.
