Decent area, bad property

The location was in a good area. No problems there.

The fact that there was a lot iof extended stayers. There was someone staying in their car on the property, playing music outside our window every night. The room had a weird smell, when we arrived, we had to do an overhaul with disinfectanting the room, including mopping the floor. The mattress covers were stained and the bed skirts looks like they hadn't been changed in a while. The outlet in the bathroom did not work, we were told it would be fixed and that didn't happen. Will not stay at this location again, not because of the area but because of the property itself.

The hotel is very dated. The TV's are old, the decor,the kitchen area does not provide any utensils.

There was no breakfast. It was coffee and a granola bar.

The front desk clerk (Deborah?) was unprofessional and rude.

i always manage to come to this location mainly bc if the staff!

Deborah she is one of a kind! she really takes the time out to become more than just a front desk clerk! she makes it feel like it’s home!

the rate is ridiculously high and they only have 2 deluxe king studio rooms and one person has been in one of the 2 as a long term stay!

Don't waste your money or time

NOTHING

I was charged for a room we didn't get it. The place told us that is book.com fault they only have to guarantee us a room . We drove all night and had to get a small bed so we was uncomfortable. This is the worst place we have ever been 2. They couldn't find our name in system when we got there so we had to stand and wait for a hour to figure it out.

Me and my partner had a great time! Definitely will be back again soon!

I liked the hot chocolate in the lobby! It was really tasty!

wish they had more breakfast options but otherwise I was okay with some hot cocoa

My stay was pleasant. The front desk staff was very helpful.

There was no oven to bake. There wasn’t a coffee pot nor eating utensils available. I had to go purchase items to use for my stay.

Very poor

I reserved 2 rooms. Check in was handled quickly. Clerk was very friendly and helpful, and was able to offer several suggestions for nearby restaurants.

Rooms were not clean. There was a horrible, musty smell in the hallway outside the first room. When we opened the door the musty smell was so strong it actually caused my nose, throat and eyes to burn. The clerk sent us to another room on a higher floor. When we first entered that room there was a tobacco smell, in a non smoking room, but, since it dissipated after turning the air conditioner on, I believe the houskeeper must have had a smoke break rather than cleaning, because the room was not very clean. Listing this place as even a 2 star is a huge exaggeration.

Didn’t happen. Manage rude and smoking

Paid for reservation @ Booking.com. Got to property, and there were no rooms, per smoking night manager. Having a hard time getting refunded. Will never use Booking.com again, and not too sure about Extended Stay. We were treated very rudely. I had paperwork proving reservation and payment. Manager just puffed on her cigarette and said no rooms.
