Nice hotel, safe especially for the price.

The property is very nice, remodeling and the rooms are spacious. They will clean the room every 3 days. The shower was remodeled and there were some obvious places that had been retouched. The bed was big and comfy. The gym was good with a fair range of equipment. The staff are very nice and friendly.

The noise from neighbors. Also, you could hear water running pretty loudly sometimes.

So clean!

They have fresh breakfast until 10. The room was nice and cool. The wifi was good and not too slow. The facility looked brand new and was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been too. I was so impressed with the cleanliness.

A lovely hotel with fantastic staff

The staff & Management ( Lady Rebecca , Okello , Philip , Miss Love & the lovely lady who cooked breakfast) made us feel at home : the location of the hotel was excellent as well .

I couldn't sleep, too much noise, employees talking loudly from early in the halls, doors were being slammed, a lot of trash around and I have no idea what happened but suspicious-looking people in the parking lot and at the moment a lot of police arrived.

Love my stay.

The place smells unbelievably clean and fresh. The staff was polite, professional & courteous. And the room was very clean and comfortable.

There's nothing I can say negative about it. I guess with Covid still going on housekeeping didn't come clean the room on take out the trash until I checked out.

Breakfast was great along with staff who was professional and courteous. Rooms was ok but carpet needs cleaning along with updated bathrooms.

Out of the other hotels I stayed at since moving to Georgia, this one is the best.

When I first walked in the hotel, the smell was breathtaking. I have never smelled an air freshener that smelled so good. It made the hotel smell so clean. The lobby is very nice. All of the staff is friendly and personable. There is a variety of hot and cold breakfast food and beverages. I feel safe there. I went to a Quality Inn hotel in Decatur prior coming to Best Western Plus and my car window was broken twice. I had no problems at Best Western Plus.

I would say that it's time for new carpet in the room

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great and so was the gym area and the pool. The staff was really helpful when looking for places. They have coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby. The ice cold water with the orange slices is great after a workout in the gym.

I had to ask for towels and we didn't get a actual cleaning everyday. It was I think every other day. We had to make our own beds daily. When there's four of you taking showers you use all the towels that day, it needs to be refilled. I did have to ask for clean towels. It was no major problem. We did have an excessive amount of noise from our upstairs neighbors. It sounded like they were running and jumping a lot the whole time that we were in the room.
