Beautiful staff! No matter which shift, they were all welcoming & happy to help!

Check-in was smooth & quick. Like they literally had everything ready to go, all I had to do was swipe my card! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is great and not too far from whatever you choose to do. The beds were clean and comfy. Perfect if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room. The price is unbeatable! The breakfast wasn’t too bad, despite what they call eggs (nasty)lol. They kept everything replenished and clean though.

The carpeting in the guest rooms need some attention. It seems well over do for a cleaning. I have a slight case of ocd so my expectations of clean aren't average. The cleanliness did exceed expectations though, considering the price and the fact that it’s a 3 star hotel. We didn’t spend much time in the room which is why I didn’t mind. However, if super clean is your thing and you need to lounge around you may want to find cleaner. The beds were clean and comfy so you’ll get a good night’s sleep. TVs are small and dated, only has basic cable. This is nothing on the hotel but DON’T EAT THE MCDONALDS DOWN THE STREET FROM IT!!!

I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying there again.

Breakfast was well done with a variety of offerings. By the last morning (Sunday) many things weren't good. The juice machine was not working correctly and the coffee was not brewed well-it tasted like water.

The room air conditioning was cooling. However, it was not removing the humidity and it made the entire room (and all of our clothing) have a musty smell and dampness.

Exceptional

This establishment is awesome. Pool was great during our stay . Personnel are very friendly and helpful with any need you would have . Rooms are very clean and easily accessible. Very nice place to rest or even a weekend getaway from home . Location is great . Access to Catawba Island is right down the road. Highly recommend

Superb

Room was more than enough for me. The breakfast was filling. Couldnt have eaten another bite. Room was very clean.

Support beam for shower was low. Cracked my head a couple times. Space in bathroom for a tub, but wasn't one. The refrigerator needed to be thawed. Had about an inch of built up ice.

Other than the lack of a closet, the room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was good we enjoyed waffles, eggs and sausage.

Bedroom had nowhere to hang clothing. There was one small hook in the bathroom but barely held two towels. We had travel clothes on hangers and nowhere to hang them up.

We booked this location bc they had an indoor pool. Thinking the kids would be able to swim mid Oct. The pool was extremely cold. The breakfast was typical for hotel breakfast.

Nice hotel, would stay again.

Staff were very friendly. Nice selection for breakfast. The room was clean and plenty of outlets. The bed was okay. I'm picky and it was a little hard for my liking. Right off the highway and away from all the traffic downtown. We were there to visit the African Wildlife Safari and this hotel is just a couple of minutes away. A couple of nice restaurants nearby and a gas station is right across the street.

I was excited to see it had a walk in shower instead of a bathtub; however, the floor of the shower was curved and I have problems with balance so I had had to be very careful.

Nice friendly staff, clean quiet rooms.

Always stay here when we come to the Lake. Love everything Port Clinton has to offer when we want a quick getaway from the fast past of Columbus.
