Great Weekend in Cleveland!

Great hotel and wonderful amenities. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast and kickback awe so yummy and convenient. If you are going to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the stadiums, or Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse you can walk! Great restaurants also walkable on 4th.

Would love to see a safe in the room.

One Night Getaway

Everything!!! I had a quick, easy check in and the evening's happy hour, known as a "kickback" was great. There seemed to be one guy working and he was amazing; keeping everything full and stocked(give him a raise). The rest of the evening was peaceful and relaxing. Will be making another visit as soon as possible

Amazing.

The grounds and entrance and location are perfect breakfast and dinner was great not off main road everything was walkable and beautiful love that had place to walk a dog even though I didn’t bring mine.

Parking having to pay for valet parking didn’t realize when booked there was no parking.

Excellent hotel, clean, peaceful and great location!

Valet parking was a plus. Unique building, very clean and staff was very welcoming. Doors lock at night and you need room key to enter. Also need room key to access guest floors from elevator which is a nice safety feature. Room was spacious and cozy. Despite location, noise was not an issue. Very quiet and peaceful inside. Excellent location, within walking distance to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and Progressive Stadium.

Apart from complimentary breakfast, food and drinks were overpriced.

Great location, price, rooms, and staff

The building is gorgeous. It used to be the Department of Education, and I sure hope as much money went into Cleveland public schools as went into the original construction of this building. They preserved as much as they could during the renovation. The staff were very personable and helpful, and maybe that’s a Midwest thing, but everyone was so nice. I’m not used to that so it was weird at first, but to my fellow NY/NJ/CT travelers, it was wonderful and not scary at all. Kudos to the staff. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast and the afternoon snacks (I forget what they call it) were great and included in the very reasonable room rate. The Teacher’s Lounge treated us well, and the location was perfect for our first, but definitely not last trip to Cleveland. If you’re going to a game or visiting the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, this is a great hotel because it’s all in walking distance.

I loved everything about our stay. There’s nothing I would change or add.

Wunderbar und erholend

Frühstück war in Ordnung, wenn auch nicht stark abwechslungsreich. Es gab dafür auch noch Abendessen und Nachmittags Popcorn inklusive, was für uns eine nette Überraschung war. Das Parken im Hotel und generell in Cleveland ist nicht billig, aber das Parkhaus direkt hinter dem Hotel ist schon mal deutlich billiger. Das Personal hat uns dort aber sogar hin empfohlen. Pool und Whirlpool waren immer leer.

First of the 1930 building, I love that stuff. I liked the location mainly due to a very close parking garage.just 2 min walk. The pool is good size ( finally) but it can be full with kids. Afternoon 3 free drinks and food is also great. Good variety american breakfast The staff is great

The hotel was in a central downtown location that was within walking distance to everything we came to are in Cleveland, i e Rock Hall of Fame, Rocket Mortgage Girld House and some great restaurants.

We were placed in a room on the first floor down the hall from the reception area ND found it to be very noisey both during the day and well into the night because the hard surfaces in the common areas reflect sound. My family did not sleep well the fist night and were accommodate with a different room for the second night.

Would book again!

Free breakfast and snack buffet/ alcohol, pool, hot tub, large clean rooms, staff was very helpful.

We could hear the rooms near us when their doors closed, very loud. Valet parking was a ridiculous $40!

Worth the money and very comfortable with great dining options.

the building was cool since it is essentially repurposed. the meal our every night, as well as the breakfast, were great meals and helped us save on our trip.

Rooms were a little smaller than I had imagined they would be. Hallways are very echoey, making me nervous someone will hear me talking. And it was unfortunate that the only parking option was valet, especially considering the already higher price of the room per night. There was also not much food in walking distance from the hotel.
