For a couple of nights with my kids and the dog, it was great.

The room, the view, and the overall location are amazing.

The hotel is very loud. We could hear everything in the hallways, the pool, and it all echoed terribly in the breezeways.

Not best when banquet hall is being used

Great location to access the beach and relax for a bit. I liked the hardwood floors as they feel cleaner to me than carpet. Room layout had a nice dining room table to enjoy a meal from the cafe.

A wedding reception was using the banquet hall under our room. We could make out what songs were playing, which songs were favorites by the attendees based on shaking of our room of their feet on the floor. I called about 10:10pm to see when they were leaving and was told they were supposed to be done at 10pm. The music didn't stop until closer to 10:30pm. I feel the hotel should have respected the quiet hours they promote and stopped or lowered the music at 9pm. They also had the music playing too loud in the Cafe around 6pm when we visited. I understand wedding guests wanting to have fun but I would like to hear and be heard when placing my order.

Short - one night only -

Room was clean, quiet, roomy. Nice morning view. Balcony view of beach trails. Staff friendly. Pool area super busy, clean.

Very good

View was great, room was as expected with a REAL queen sized murphy mattress for the kids to share instead of a double or full. kitchenette had enough space for us to make some simpler meals between soccer matches but there were pots and pans if I wanted to get more into it.

No AC but it was right on the beach and not hot enough to need it while we were there. overhead fan worked out nicely. Be prepared for sand everywhere, but they provide a nice broom and the floors are laminate instead of carpet thank goodness.

Had a nice time other than not being able to sleep well.

Love the cafe and location. The room is very nice. Staff is friendly.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Both spouse and I had trouble sleeping. Woke up with backaches.

We enjoyed our view room with a jetted and very good breakfast but the room was dated, the bed wasn’t as comfortable as

Also, I put the wrong three digit code on my card and the people in the front desk called me twice as I was traveling to the hotel to see if I was coming and how I intended to pay. I checked in about 7:00 p.m. and I felt it was a little excessive for them to keep calling me as I have never had a front desk call me about a room before! Also, my partner was mad because I spent so much on a hotel room - he thought $323 was ridiculously expensive for the room. But, the hotel did give us a voucher for free breakfast which was a nice thing to do.

A wonderful little trip

At first I booked the room for value upon arrival I knew I made the right choice, staff was friendly EASY check in. The rooms were very clean! Love that as I have two young children. I loved the bakery in lobby was delicious had a wonderful breakfast and coffee. Will be staying again.

Very attentive staff. Ocean view.

Hotel feels very dated. Bathroom is tiny and cramped. Step-in tub/shower has no grip bars. We brought hard back books but no reading lamps were available. Dishware was spare. No wine glasses.

Enjoyed the comfortable room with a great view of the ocean. The last time that we stayed in this hotel, it was crawling with dogs and it sounded and smelled disgusting. This time, we didn’t see any dogs and there was no odor. Hopefully, things have changed a bit and it just wasn’t because it was a slow time with few visitors.

I did not get to stay at the property because the person I spoke to at the hotel Pepperdine said that they were pet friendly and could accommodate my cat after I have a ride I was rejected and told I had to stay somewhere else in the area because apparently they’re only dog friendly, even though my cat and my niece is, it has special-needs issues, and the cat is a companion service cat for help her to be distressed we were edgy, rejected and unable to stay at the resort. And on top of that, it only sent the email on my trip down to location and I believe they are still trying to charge my credit card for a deposit for staying when I was unable to stay

I journey like where the property located communities are nice it’s right on the beach But the management and the owners at the property will not accommodate a person with a cat that have that his niece it has an emotional support needs. All the accommodate is not even a hotel policy for best. Western does not specify in any of their corporate findings that it is just dog , it is apparently due to corporate hotel owners, pets, Inc. cats and dogs are OK but when you arrive at the property and you pre-check in advance after you’re right there, you told no you cannot stay at the hotel because you have a cat

could of had complimentary Breakfast paid 30.00 for bagels and crappy Pancakes. would have preferred to pay 30 more for free breakfast for all the kiddos. although Bakery staff was very pleasant!

Wow! Ocean view!

Ocean view. Close to shopping. Jetted tub with ocean view.

Panini breakfast sandwich with large pieces of bacon fat. Could have cooked the bacon until crisp instead of biting into raw chucks of fat.

Nice place

It was a nice place to stay. Clean and friendly people.

The dogs barking constantly on the 3rd floor. At check out told staff and was told we would get a discount for all the noise never got the discount. We got charged full price to be keep awake half the night from a dog and blow awake at 4am from the dog.
