Flithy home, horrible management/staff, beware!

Filthy carpets. My baby's knees and hands turned black from the dirty carpet after crawling around for 20 minutes so then we had to hold him constantly. The couches were trashed and the faux leather was peeling off the cushions.

Nice getaway

Beautiful location

No Kleenex inthe entire apartment. There also wasn’t screens on most of the windows so we couldn’t open the windows to cool off the apartment.the last night we were in the apartment there were people upstairs and it was loud. We could hear the children run from one end of their apartment to the other end of it.

The property exceeded our needs. If in the area again we will try to rent this unit again.

Great Property close to beach and city activities. We hosted a small group 8 people for lunch. Plenty of room, Nice kitchen and big bed rooms

This cute apartment was fantastic to stay at. Super comfortable with everything you could need. Plus it’s just a short walk to the beach. Amazing location!!

We loved our trip to this location. The rooms were spacious and clean.

It was very easy to pick up the keys. The company had an office right down the street from the apartment where we stayed. The office staff was very informative and kind.

We absolutely loved our stay , we felt right at home , the weather was amazing . We will definitely stay there again !

We liked the layout , clean and the bedrooms were very large . Nice large windows and so close to the beach .

There weren’t any extra garbage bags , a light was out in the hallway bathroom so it was very dark and the oven didn’t seem to get as hot as the setting said so it took a long time to cook our pizzas .

View of ocean from deck, house was second from beach. Boardwalk was nice. Big apartment, well appointed. The beds and internet were fine. First time at seaside beach, a very nice beach.

Last minute change in plans

We were having so much fun at the beach that we stayed an extra night, thanks to finding This gem. This suite was very comfortable for 4 of us. It had a comfortable queen bed, the area was quiet for sleeping, upstairs outdoor porch worked well for drying towels. We were able to put together homemade meals easily, even with minimal pots and pans and bowls.

We wished for a firmer king bed. I would have enjoyed a tub. And a washing machine would have made laundry less work. For finding it on the fly, I was content.

Plenty of space for family to enjoy either own space or game playing. Premium cable service for movie watching on our rainy day.

Very comfotable unit in a very good location.

Very comfortable unit. The size of the apartment was extraordinary. Location was very good being close to the Promenade and walking to town. The check-in was a little inconvenient as it was at a sister property but only 5 minutes from the unit.

Not clean

It was roomy and the fireplace was nice.

The kitchen was not clean and had ants and the toilet had a plumbing problem and leaked and soaked the floor into the bedroom carpet. We ended our reservation early to head home.

Location was good, the price was too high! No dining table, mediocre amenities for $500 per night. No a good value in my opinion

Beautiful and spacious

Really up to date and clean! Very big and so much room! We got to watch the Suns game in what felt like our own living room.

Nothing to put here. Just make sure you check your email prior to arriving so you know you need to go to another property (not even 1/2 mile away in the same road) to check in. Had I done that, there would have been zero issues.

It would have been nice to have some minimal spices like Salk and pepper and some seasoning and olive oil. We went to grocery store and bought what we needed. We thought there would be a washer and dryer.
