Met expectations. No deal breakers.

Shower cabby was clean, with a strong flow of water. Room had a microwave and refrigerator. As well, staff was accommodating to fix our roomkey after hours (which became demagnetized due to proximity with other cards and smartphone).

Cleanliness has room for improvement: pillow sheet had somebody's hair on it (it was clean otherwise, and the hair probably stuck despite laundry).

We love this place

We always stay here. We like that there are no hidden fees. And the price is right.

Great way to celebrate our anniversary

The layout of the room was nice.

Upon taking a shower there was water everywhere from the pressure of the water. The curtain was inside the tub and getting out it was a puddle of water everywhere. Had to use towels to soak it up so we didn’t fall

Conveniently located. Easy access in and out.

Arrival reception person wasn’t welcoming. Didn’t explain where the vending/ice machines were located. The morning team of people were more than helpful.

Great value for the distance to the beach

I love the location of the property. Just walk over the bridge and you’re right at the beach just a few minutes to all the restaurants and bars property is very clean and very safe. I noticed there was quite a few reviews about the AC. I cannot stand a hot room and this property I could not complain about it being too hot. You can open the window and the balcony door, as well as there is a fan and it is perfect.

Parking, spiders in room, room smelled, tv did not work , staff was less than friendly for our late arrival even though I told them in advance we would arrive after 11pm. No screens on the windows so couldn’t leave open due to bugs. I booked this room about a month ago for $349 and was very disappointed. This is more of a $180 a night max. It looks like an old hotel that Oyo bought, threw some new paint on it and called it good.

Rotten policy

Location, but hard to get to due to construction

I was booking around midnight and the day booked was already over and had to pay twice foe same room. Was refused refund.

The kitchen was nice, room was spacious, and the board games you can borrow was a great touch.

Pleasant

I felt like the room was a great value. It was neat and comfortable and had a nice sized kitchenette. It also had a very pretty patio off the back door that looked over the river.

The front desk lady was definitely in a very bad mood.

Good motel if you are willing to pay the price for a nice room

The room size is excellent! The huge balcony overlooking the river was pretty nice.

No bottled water in the room. The fridge was a bit noisy.

We really enjoyed Seaside and we had not been for 15-20 years. We hope to be back.

The size of the room was very large. The bed was super comfortable and everything was super clean...very impressed. We loved the little deck off the room. Very quiet.

A higher toilet. Maybe better cable but we did not watch that much TV.

Big clean room, Location was pretty good. Easy check in and out

We stayed and it was unusually hot that weekend. No a/c made sleeping uncomfortable. No real fan to help.

Fabtasitc room, I was surprised!

It was great! The room was surprisingly fantastic! when they say kitchen they mean it. there was a fridge and a stove, toaster, dishwasher with pots and pans and dishes in small amounts. the bed was very comfy and the water got very hot.

The water got very hot quick which is nice but the shower water didn’t stay hot for more than about 10 min. I didn’t mind at all but some cabinets were in bad shape, the sliding door lock was odd, and the bed frame was crooked. if that matters to you then ya. but all in all it was perfect for me and my boyfriend!
