Are place to stay whenever we are in Syracuse

So comfortable that when I needed to stay in Syracuse, I extended twice at the property rather then

Good position to near Syracuse University. Enough places to park cars.

Air is not perfect because all windows are sealed.

Historic and Comfortable Parkview

It was close to downtown, the art museum, freeway, and Syracuse University. Walkable. Views from the top floor, quiet overall, fitness room in basement, and a comfortable lobby with coffee, tea, and other supplies. Great room, bed, and shower.

Some freeway traffic noise, and the heater didn't seem to be warming the room all the time.

Definitely recommended!

We only spent one night here and the hotel was perfectly fine for this purpose. The staff was very nice, water and coffee were provided free of charge and the fridge in the room was quiet. Everything was clean, too!

Okay for the most part, inconveniences make it hard to come back.

Staff was really nice and helpful, rooms had a/c and useful appliances. Free parking.

Sheets and pillow had blood on them which made me wonder if anything had been cleaned. When asked to FREEZE some ice packs that we NEED when traveling with an infant, I was told of course. Upon picking them up, they just stuck them in the fridge which made them practically useless.

for a cheap hotel- it was great. but it reminded us of something you would see in a creepy movie.

decent priced. location.

staff weren’t helpful. stains on mattress. room above us had a leak. we listened to dripping water most of the night. when we told staff, she just wrote it down on a piece of paper to follow up.

the bed was a little too soft this time and only one elevator worked. has not been the same since they closed the breakfast restaurant down during Covid.

We would absolutely stay again - a wonderful experience overall.

The room was spacious, with fridge and microwave and 2 benches for seating with a table and large dresser, separate closet with several hangars, good sized, clean, elegant bathroom with double-headed shower. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water in lobby 24/7, with refills on request, friendly staff, comfortable lounge areas with fireplaces, couches, tables and seating for separate conversations or games, computer and printer. Free parking. Excellent experience overall.

Not necessary, but would be nice to have option for added cot/rollaway bed upon request.

Clean!! Nice even though it's an older hotel

Staff. Should have told Guest place near by for food. They just said no we don't we have breakfast. Also didn't have extra towels. Wasn't sure when they would get some. Should have took room number and called when they had some.

A very pretty package that didn't have basic functions of other hotels.

The room itself & the building looked amazing. Very classy.

The toilet was backed up & we couldn't use it. And the hotel didn't provide a breakfast. I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have one.

I just want to thank the entire ParkView Hotel team for their excellent work. I was delighted. Everything was wonderful. I intend to return one day, maybe next year.

I would like to suggest that the access to the apartment be done with a code and not a card. Cards are easy to lose, create an extra cost for the hotel and for the environment.

The close proximity to my daughter's University. The hotel was very clean and staff was respectful.

we went to see Syracuse Orange basketball game

beds were super comfortable. girl at front desk was very helpful with arrangements for taxis . the building has a great historical vibe to it

Vey convenient as a stop on our drive from Boston to Buffalo.

The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely a bit dated but didn't detract from our stay in any way.
