The staff were not attentive nor did they care that the

I like the location and the look of the exterior and the fact that the place has more of an apartment feel rather than hotel

I didn’t like the noise and loitering outside all the time and the fact that I was misled into believing I was renting a premium room but was given a traditional room which smelled like an ashtray but the property is non smoking!

The place is a great location for work.the rate is on point for now.

Room service could be better no one gave clean linen or towels.

an apartment building I was not happy I’m Dow. here to Reno houses and the actual hotel room needs Reno very sad for the price

NOT A GOOD STAY!

Roomy inside. Great heater because it was cold. Refrigerator/freezer was excellent. Once inside the room, it was comfortable.

Tub faucet blew off while showering. Faucet had to be repaired. Loss of shower/tub for 1 day. Plumbing was substandard. Found roaches in the bedroom. Front door lock and hinge were misaligned, making opening/closing the door difficult. Strong smell of marijuana in hallways and elevator most of the time. Office open for limited period of time instead of 24 hours I expected. TV remote had to be replaced due to malfunction. I cleaned the room myself with cleaners/deodorant I bought to make it smell better. Towels changed one time in 11days ...sheets not at all.

Room was in excellent condition, it was new. It was quite comfortable.

There was adequate parking space. The room was clean, newly remodeled/ refurbished so everything was new in the bathroom, kitchen and room. Nearness to shopping Mall isgood. Thanks to Alex for his efficiency.

The fact that I paid for nine nights, I was locked out of my room three times.Could not attend events planned as we would not be able to re-enter room. On weekends there is no one to assist. Front desk clerk, she is in-efficient. Needs training on how to use office equipment. There was no cleaning nor change of linen done for the 8 nights we stayed there😒
