Great location shame about the renovations

Fantastic location, room was a good size.

Water was shut off several times due to renovations. Missing any sort of pool bars/refreshments. Staff were nice but some were rude. Not exactly the cheapest of stays for how bad the inside looks due to the on going construction.

The beds are terrible no pool, furniture and rooms are completely outdated. The lobby smell like mold.

The bed was terrible. Way to Firm. the furniture was completely outdated. The property needed a major uplift was completely old looking. good value for the price. the pool was under construction and was not working. They sent you to another location which was approximately a seven minute walk from the property. they don’t list that the pool is under construction on their website or any website. It’s misleading all the pictures show a pool with the understanding you can use it but that’s a lie. anybody staying at this property please be aware of the pool is under construction and is not working for the time being. If you stay here, you will not get a good nights sleep in the bed is totally uncomfortable. inside the lobby. It smelled like mold.

Great location, ideal for our short vacation

Location was great, everything you need within walking distance. Pool area was great. Marylou on reception was amazing. Great service and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

Rooms were small and outdated.Renovations are underway, so I’m sure it will be great once rooms are refurbished.

客層が悪く、夜中まで部屋ドア付近で話しいた。何度も夜中の２時や４時に注意したりして、寝れない３泊でした。そして壁が薄いのか隣の声も夜中聞こえてかなりつらい滞在でした。

Great value for money :)

We arrived super early and the lovely front desk staff offered us an early check in which was very much appreciated and not crazy expensive. The room was updated and great value. Super close to everything you need in Waikiki. The pool was great and gets all the afternoon sun :)

There was building works going on as the hotel is doing room upgrades but the noise wasn't too bad.

Toppen, jättefint badet alla dagar utom en med lite blåst o moln.

Framför allt läget! Fräscht nyrenoverat rum o badrum.

Denna gång lite problem med Internet av o till, kopplade ifrån. Lite bökigt då jag jobbade delvis. Kan ha berott på att man renoverat samtidigt på hotellet. Inte upplevt det förra året.

The staff are top notch especially reception, door man, and cleaning lady

I wasn’t aware that there would be construction. I wish I would have been given credit for another stay for the inconvenience

Ongoing Renovations....

Stayed here many times. Unbeatable.location. Good staff, good faciltiy for the price.

Its under renovation! Drilling and hammering noises every morning. And Im not a fan of a lot of the renovation stye....feels less Hawaiian, its becoming very generic feeling. Customers should be warned before booking that its undergoing years worth of renovations.

Our stay at the Ohana Outrigger

I didn't like the first 2 rooms, dingy and pretty dirty, but I took a few pics, and they gave me a beautifully renovated room on the 15th floor, so I was happy. I know all of the rooms will be renovated soon so that is wonderful, I will go there again.

The old rooms on the lower floors, dark and dingy, but we did love the newly renovated room they gave us after I told them we didn't like the old rooms.

Underwhelming.

Great location.

Cleanliness was disappointing - there were literal chunks of dirt inside the wardrobe by the safe, the amount of dust build up on and around the sliding door area was out of hand - the air conditioning vent had thick layers of dust so all its doing is just pushing that dust around the room,

Very very old The room was tiny, the bathroom was even more extremely tiny The furniture was so old it had stains on it The closet door wouldn’t slide and fell off the runner The beds were small and close together with no room around it For the Aud$500/night it was horribly old more like value of Aud$150/night

5 days in Waikiki.

Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Balcony was small, but provided a good view. The location was very good with easy access to the beach.

Mattress was a little hard. Quite a bit of elevator noise. Bathroom was fairly small.

Good location, not the best beds.

The hotel was in a great location. There was a pool and 24 hour front desk.

The best was like sleeping on the floor. Gave me a really sore back :(

Loved the hospitality and relaxing by the pool. Made our stay very enjoyable.

The property was in a great location. Staff was so welcoming. The new pool area was very nice.

The rooms are very dated. Although they were clean they were old. The carpets need relaxing like immediately. Just get musty and dated.

Grim. Great staff but grim facilities.

The staff were great they worked hard to make up for the lack of investment in the property.

The hotel was grim. A very old facility that has never been upgraded since it was built in, possibly, the early 60’s. The windows rattled in a slight wind (remembering that Hawaii had hurricane Dora blasting away). None of the doors to the deck locked. I suspect the locks has rusted out years ago. Oh, and the pool was closed. That should have been noted in the booking info. Despite coming back from Maui at no notice we did have options. In hindsight we chose the wrong option

Overall it was great.

It was in a good location. Waikiki beach was a quick 3 minute walk away. And the international market was around the corner.

The swimming pool wasn’t working. We had to walk down the block to their sister location to use that pool which was inconvenient
