worked out real well.

loved the fitness center and the pool. i think the pool could use some accoustic tiles on the walls to keep the echoing down. the breakfast was fine.

the desk people took a long time to come to the counter from the back and therre was no way to notify them that I was standing there waiting for them.

Awesome stay

This hotel is kept very clean and is located away from town. Location is not noisy allowing you to get a good sleep.

Pool and gym are convenient and outdoor deck is awesome.

Great place to sneak away.

The hotel was clean and orderly. The lake and deck were a great place to sit and relax. Breakfast options were perfect.

Great stay, good price, beautiful area

The room was clean, and bigger then expected. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! The breakfast buffet was really good ( need bigger area for seating). Staff was helpful and polite. Will return again

We have 3 smaller children and they put us on the 2nd floor. Of course they were excited and jumping around and of course we had 2 people tell management we were to loud (it was nothing crazy loud).. so if people have kids, try and put them on the 1st floor to avoid such issue.

Good but trash can was full hard to throw stuff away

Shower pressure was lousy and the tub didn't drain by the end of your shower you're standing in an inch of soapy dirty water which means the tubs are not getting clean properly because if it doesn't drain housekeeping can't clean it

Great location, and highly recommend.

Staff was amazing, great pool, hot tub and outdoor seating. Spa staff was amazing. Great coffee too! Hotel was very clean and on the more modern side. Close to downtown Galena, Walmart and Culvers around the corner.

Pancake maker broken and Lounge was closed.

Relaxing& fun

The bed& pillow were the most comfortable I've ever experienced at a hotel. The staff was friendly& helpful.

Water pressure in the shower left something to be desired. They also had some remodeling going on but overall they were very accommodating.

Very disappointed because we have stayed there in prior years. For $200 a night, I expect better.

Breakfast, the pool, the room was big enough.

Had to call 2 separate days to have the room cleaned and get some fresh towels. The cleaning help does not speak English but showed me an Ipad saying our room was not on the list. Will not stay there again!

Beds comfortable and breakfast was delicious, loved the pancake making machine! Room was quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Elevator was out of service entire stay and our room was on the 2nd floor. The tub was EXTREMELY slippery when wet, very dangerous.
