Nice comfortable room but Free breakfast needs improvement 👍

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable, fridge worked well a great location,very quiet.

The free breakfast, was not good. Powdered eggs, not real eggs,no cheese, orange juice was awful and already cooked frozen bacon- not good. Only the potatoes were good 🤷we expected a good fresh breakfast included as described for the cost of room for one night.

Pleasant place with friendly staff

I don't remember asking for a quiet room, but it was fine....staff was very friendly and it gave me a sense of life in Fredericksburg

Difficulty in accessing Internet...even if it "was",as they said, just my room, that is a little difficult.....and I did mention to them that the door to my room seemed not to latch well at times

We loved spending time in Fredericksburg and wished we had another day as there is a lot to see.

The bed was super comfy.

Will definitely stay there or another Comfort Inn, in the future.

We loved the breakfast. It was very good. The eating area was very clean!

The elevator was super sketchy. It was very concerning going up everytime. However the morning we were leaving, the put an "out of service" notice. So clearly they were aware of the issue and having it fixed.

Probably not staying there again ….

Pool was ok …hot tub not as nice..beds very comfy..housekeeping staff great always had a smile at the door…front desk needs much improvement

Room had a musky smell..ac not cooling enough..front staff hospitality not great…could and should have smiled more and ask how everything was…maybe not their cup of tea

No internet No Jacuzzi Bad smell Got handicap room didn't ask for one, couldn't shower properly without getting the whole floor wet.. Had adjacent room.. ok.. but whoever was on the side keep trying to open the door not once but a few times.. then with the crack that was under the door you could smell smoke or whatever they where smoking... have to say this was one of the worst stays we have ever had..

Nothing at all!!!

Extremely filthy! Sheets had stains, room stunk, shower dirty, roach on the wall, ac didn’t work good. Waited forever to check in only one attendant that was overwhelmed, elevator floor filthy!

Hotel was clean but breakfast needs improvement.

The breakfast was fair…The waffles and bacon were good. The kitchen area was neat and clean. The young man brought food out to keep bins stocked. The hotel was clean. Our bed was comfortable. We had plenty of pillows.

The breakfast could be better… cold potatoes and eggs. No Cartons of milk. No cream cheese for bagels. No picante to enhance the taste of the omlet. The hairdryer had a broken piece from handle exposing wires which could be dangerous if touched while plugged in. The ac always warms in the middle of night in hotels… it’s like they control the temp and turn it up at night. It’s very uncomfortable. Ac worked good otherwise…

Breakfast was good. Location pretty good.

Room needs attention. Curtains torn off rod hanging, handle broken on clothes closet. Hangers sticky, hair in sink. Front facing room noisy with cars and motorcycles coming and going. First night Needed bottle water for a cpap machine.none available. Had to drive to Walmart.

We will not be back as guests.

Bed was soft.

Fire alarm going off twice in the early morning hours. The elevator was not working, and I had many pieces of luggage. AC would not stay cold through the night. Front desk checkout girl was rude when asked about the fire alarms and elevator.

I will book this hotel again!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It looked small, but it was one of the cleaner hotels I have stayed at recently. The room was well appointed although I had a little trouble figuring out the tv remote. You have to go to input then select tv. The pillows could be a tad bit larger but for the money you cannot beat a stay here!

After a rough start, it was very nice.

The location was fine. The Breakfast was horrible. Except for the waffles, the entire thing needs to be revamped. The housekeeping ladies were very nice and helpful when we needed something,. Room was VERY clean.

Couldn't check in early, The unprofessional lady at the desk was rude when telling me no. SHe was not dressed professionally and she had a nose ring. Really? YOu really should have standards. Also, I thought the price was too high for the hotel.

The city was crowded with people so the rates were double. Felt taken advantage of by Comfort Suites

The breakfast was good as expected.

The couple next to our our unit came in about midnight and were fighting. He dropped the "F" bomb as he cursed his female partner many many times as she cried and cried. Called the front office who came and notified them. She continued to cry and at one point said "I hate my life". I feared for her life. We eventually were able to go to sleep.
