Will not be back

Didn't eat breakfast.

The whole property was non smoking. Did not say that when booked. Deposit is to high. Don't know what it was for. Got to the room seen the sign that Said no smoking. Went to balcony and found cigarette ashes.

That room was the most nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in.

Didn’t like anything about my stay.

The room was filthy. It smelled like mildew, and bleach. You can feel the grime on the sheets. They really need to knock that hotel down, and rebuild it.

AMBER ‼️ She was great!

My first room was pure nasty, I was simply shaking. Amber took me to another room to see if I liked it save it was 100 times cleaner. Nothing like the smell of bleach (I loved it!). My son and I were taken care of quickly and surely.

embarrassing that I sent my family there

on our second night the staff was very kind and put us in another room but the first night was horrible, dirty room, no tv remote, toilet did not work. people loud and partying all night long. staff gave us another room for second night that was better

I book from days inn all the time for my family. the last couple of times have been terrible reviews. I am not booking with them

My stay was ok for the most part .

A lot of guess was long term stays and was very disrespectful at night time being loud and obnoxious

Bates Motel

bed was comfortable

both ice machines broken, both Vending machines had zero water, cockroaches, swimming pool was a science experiment. Fire Alarm pulled after 2200, front desk had nothing but excuses, suggested going to Super 8 for ice and water.

Nope. Never again.

It was a place to stay last minute and they had smoking rooms. The bed was comfortable but I was grossed out by the cockroaches.

The room was gross. Tons of cockroaches, weird smell (not from cigarettes), The bathtub/shower curtain was nasty looking but it didn't matter because I couldn't get any hot water anyway. The TV was broken, well it technically worked but had a big black line running through the middle of it. For $117 a night, I felt seriously ripped off. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless I really didn't like them. Awful. Staff was fine, when and if you were able to find someone to help you..

overall decent

the new cash deposits and the fact there is even a deposit for locals. it’s not fair that because I live here but want to get away from my parents house without my kids for a night (I’m 32 and have 2 young children with me living at my parents) that I have to pay extra

It’s was extremely horrible and we did not stay at Days Inn

I didn’t like anything, the front desk clerk told me she was gonna give me a refund and I never received it!!

My first room had open condoms, then the keys didn’t work which she gave me two different room numbers, then the last room, didn’t have a tv in it, so we just left and found another hotel

Horrible

Nice area

Very very poor customer service, I will not recommend. Manager tried to keep my deposit stating the room was dirty which it was not , and told me it's up to her to give me my deposit back until I called the police and she gave me my money back 🙄, housekeeper with dreads very unprofessional,. Cursed me out because I check out at 11 which is check out time .. I will not recommend and I will never be back !

Good

The staff was very helpful in every way possible! The location was great! There were plenty of places in walking distance of the hotel. That we had our choices of different restaurants to eat at.

I didn't like the fact that I had roaches in my room! And that the room wasn't very clean!

Ask for the suite and make sure you're assigned to the front area

Manager put an effort in making me feel comfortable and safe and switched me to 2 other rooms after me finding stuff didn't like or weren't working.

Back side looks like a bad neighborhood area. It was dirty and the people around didn't give me the right vibe, thankfully the shower had a constant dripping so I was moved to the front area and it was a relief.

They need to close this place down!

The location is right off the freeway by a crackle

OMG this place was by far the worse Days inn. More than half of the rooms people live in. Do not go pass the front row or you might see things you can not erase from your memory. They have bbq and broke down cars in the parking lot. The staff seem to be on pills and have their friends sleeping on the couch in the lobby. They have no breakfast and blame on Covid but…we stayed at two other days inn prior to this one and had a way better experience. Shame on this place.

Very much in a renovation

Front desk night staff was awesome.

This the third time I've stayed here in the last 3 months. All I can say is thank goodness the are renovating. The place needs a complete renovation to begin to accept what they charge a night...the elevator looks like something from a horror movie. Used it once during my stay. It's more a construction company stay than tourists. The bright side is the staff I have encountered during my stay. They went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I dealt mostly with the front desk night shift. Kudos the the ladies that made my stay tolerable

very poor photos do not match

nothing to like apart from the nice lady at reception

the reception was messy and when we arrived another couple was leaving because it was dirty. we asked to see our room and first of all the main light didn’t turn on. There was an empty can of alcohol fridge dirty. toilet was ok but the bath/shower was dirty. bedding was fresh but the bed frame was so dusty and dirty. stains on the sofa. pictures did not match what was on booking.com. We had to leave and find another hotel. However the lady at reception was very good and gave us a full refund.

Worst ever! Had to stop because of hurricane but this place is a dump. NO STARS

The location was close to some acceptable places to eat

Reservation included breakfast. Breakfast was a donut and coffee. That’s not breakfast. The place is nearly a homeless dump. Begging on property (by another guest?) happened twice before I got into my room. Room was filthy. Had to ask that floor be mopped. Floor in room was delaminating and filthy.
