Rodeway Inn or paint the bathroom again

The room was quiet and roomy. The beds were comfortable and relaxing.

The vanity light worked when it wanted to . It had its own mind. Room looked dusty. Especially around appliances. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Walls painted. A new flush system.

Room smelly towels were dirty room needed to be cleaned before renting it and didn't get pictures but room 228 needs cleaning.

Unkept, smelly, dirty, run down. Did not seem safe.

I likes that iwas smart enough to check the place and the room out before I gave my credit card.

I did not stay. I asked to see the room at check in and decided not to stay. The hall smelled of urine and an outside area smelled like something had died. The grass was unkempt. The building and room was in disrepair. This is a terrible hotel. I do not consider myself boogy but I would not stay in a place like this. I would never bring my family here. Terrible. Do not stay here!

It was dirty and in bad repair bes was Ok but sheet had holes and pen marks, not sure it was clean

I stay in Jackson, TN all the time! I will NEVER stay here or recommend this place!

I didn’t like anything!

Everything! Mainly the bedbugs and rude staff who refused to give my money back!

The room was disgusting floor was dirty and had a terrible smell walls had holes and it was over all out dated. I didn't stay after I checked out the room.

had to pay a deposit when I booked a smoking room. after paying deposit and had to smoke outside owner refused to give deposit back and said room smelled of smoke although he saw us smoking outside through the night. over all room was clean and beds we’re comfortable other staff were of assistance.

don’t stay here

the office person was very nice when we checked in. The bed was comfy

the bathroom door doesn’t close because floor is unlevel. they are undergoing renovations. the empty coffee pot was burning in the lobby that was filled with beds in boxes. paid twice as much on booking.com.

there was a gas station next store

there was no smoke detectors no carbon monoxide detectors there was roaches towels was dirty the freezer had so much ice buildup they charged me for a service dog witch by law they can not and did contacting my lawyer on that part no phones in the room showes curtain was moldy behind the beds have not been clean there was 4 or us only two sets of towels when asked for more we was told they could not give no more then two out

Rooms needed base boards plastic bag over smoke detector. desk chair broke floor interring bath room sagging .entry door did not seal properly . Tv and bed were nice

the rudeness of the staff, the filthiness of the room (specifically the roaches that were staying there & the mold covering most of the bathroom), the sketchiness of the neighborhood & other guests
