Awful don’t stay

We arrived Two people were smoking then ran away when we pulled Walked in the broken front doors and stood at desk for 20+ min No one came. I looked around and the whole place was under construction and smelled like smoke so we left. Very unsafe feeling location and would not suggest to any one Also looked nothing like the pictures online Very poor

There were some renovations going on but that didn't influence our review

Very disappointed. We've stayed here everytime we come to town. This time it had deteriorated to the extent we probably won't stay there again. Staff didn't speak hardly any English so it made it very difficult to communicate.

The property was under construction the pool and hot tub were not open this was not disclosed to us prior the lobby area was a total mass even the elevator was filthy.

It was ok . I will be looking ofr a better place next year.

Bed was ok.

I could not get handicap access bathroom as they were renovating the whole 1st floor. When I reported items missing from my room they kept saying it could nt be them. This facility is going downhill every year I stay there. I have stayed here every year for the [past 5 or 6 years for the truck show in Walcott

Receptionist was amazing giving what she was dealing with

The breakfast was terrible.

The hotel was remodeling, no pool, no hot tub, this website knew and didn't say a word about it.

It was a quiet and comfortable stay, but, it would have been better if the pool was open.

The friendly staff at the desk.she was really nice

We specifically chose this hotel because we have been on the road driving for 2 days and we we're really sore and was glad they had a hot tub. Only to be told at check in that the pool and hot tub were shut down and we couldn't use them. There were cheaper hotels in the area I could have chosen but didn't because they didn't have a hot tub so the only reason I paid more and chose this one was for the hot tub only to not be able to use it.

Overall, was a pleasant experience.

Well, they need to put in new windows. When I entered the room, I actually thought the window was open because the traffic noise was really bad, so checked, just poor windows. Room was clean, quiet, (except for window noise) and bed was very comfortable.

Window noise and they charged 25 dollars for dog, most motels charge 15. For 25 dollars, I could have boarded my dog at a kennel and they would have walked and fed him too.

Good value

Good check-in. Dorothy was very pleasant to deal with. Room was comfortable and about average in this price range. One light was out, mentioned it at the desk and it was fixed before we got back. Close to Interstate and downtown accessible .

A little tricky to get to without GPS but doable.

We sleep ok, after my daughter checked for bed bugs. There wasn’t even a sheet on one of the beds. The bed was comfortable so that was the good part. The young man who checked us in was very nice, thank you

A more thorough cleaning would have been appreciated. Drive up appearance was disappointing, Pool and hot tub were closed. Noticed it was a facility where people lived not just did a short stay. Stairwells smelled of weed usage. Booking.com definitely photoshopped this place. Morning breakfast had limited selections

My stay was a great experience that was located next to restaurants and close to the casino.

I was pleased with everything from the friendliness of the staff to the homey feel of the hotel. I will definitely be a returning customer and let other people who are in the area know this is an amazing place to stay.

No complaints, satisfied Wyndham Timeshare owner.

Couldn't appreciate any of the positive stuff because the dirtiness of the room overshadowed all.

Beds were comfortable.

Bathroom was horribly dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Stains and mold on the shower curtain. Just felt gross and made you wonder about the rest of the room. Were those really clean sheets or just a bed that had been remade?
