Amazing location, would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, super close to great restaurants, bars, theatres, stadiums and the German Village. Very comfortable.

Nice location and hotel and staff were very nice. Too hot too sleep and I HATE to take a bath!

The location was excellent and the hotel was very clean!

The water temperature in our room (501) could not be controlled once you switched the water to the shower head. It was scalding hot. My granddaughter had a cast on her arm and had to take a bath and her cast ended up getting wet. The room was uncomfortably hot. We asked to have our room changed before we went to the Lion King production, but the request was not fulfilled.

Need vacation after this staycation

The room is large and the view is nice overlooking the city. Definitely recommend a corner city view room. Bathroom is spacious and comes with some nice, though almost empty soaps and amenities. Shower is nice and hot...once it gets hot. Prepare to wait. Then there are bad parts to bathroom too.

I made sure to book a room that said breakfast included, but the hotel did not honor that. When I found that out nobody contacted me telling me they stopped making my breakfast and would not be bringing it to me, even though they said they would and could have easily charged it to my room. The elevators had several outages, being that only 2 of the 4 were in service. That proved challenging since my elevator was on 15th floor. The front desk clerk only seem to cater to the Caucasian guest needs, meanwhile my request for 1 more towel went unfulfilled. Other than being chased down by staff for taking the staircase from the second floor to get to my car and the previously mentioned headaches, the room itself was nice and clean, although very dated. Tried hooking up to tv so I'd have a second screen to use for work, but that also failed. Staff doesn't seem to care. And here's the kicker. The bathroom looked as though someone was murdered in it. Not kidding. At first glance you didn't notice but next to mirror on the walls were streaks, not a drop, STREAKS of blood. Like sprayed or splattered, dried coagulated blood, which nobody seemed to want to clean up. It[s obviously been there a while. I had to get out of there. Room 1504, stay away from there.

Old and worn down. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room had no working lights. Would never stay here again. Would be nice to have one night comped based on what I had to deal with.

Nice place but too pricey for the stay.

Awesome location and views.

Some bedsheets had stains, the in room coffee maker didn’t come with any coffee filters, and the was wallpaper ripping from wall. The room temperature was set to 55° but it felt like 80. Also hotel staff explained no information to me upon payment and receiving the room key, I had to ask for basic information such as floor and room number and facilities the hotel offers.

Clean Spacious Maintenance assistance quickly

No trash bags in cans. The Tv didn't work on arrival. There was only one coffee packet for one cup. Parking too far away and $45 for valet parking! Light blinking and going out over the bathroom sink. No free beverage, coffee, for example, in the lobby.

Good location, poor value for money with staff who appeared disinterested

Good size room - but very dark good location for attending a conference nearby Bed comfortable - nice linen

The staff were not particularly helpful especially when trying to arrange transport to the airport when the marathon was going on; the business centre was not working; the breakfast was poor for the $20 charge

Breakfast was good but they were short staffed

The first room they gave use hadnt been cleaned. I took a picture and asked for a different room and the attendant downplayed it . It was very clearly not cleaned at all. Own it and upgrade me or give me a refund. At around $300 a night I should walk away happy.

Nice place to stay while exploring Columbus!

The room and bathroom were both large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Expected amenities were provided. We stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was within easy walking distance to restaurants and the German Village (which we enjoyed visiting).

Really, everything was fine so nothing negative to report.

Staff was nice!

Generally dirty, both the toilet and the shower were backed up, and the AC wasn't working. Ran into another hotel guest in the hall who said they slept in a friend's room because of broken AC. Not the staff's fault, just a failing business that clearly doesn't have the money to repair things.

Location, cheap nearby parking. Onsite Starbucks

Employee attitude, unprofessional, no empathy or sincerity. Facility is run down. The AC was not properly functioning in the hotel and they knew it but did nothing to forewarn or apologize about it when brought up. Stayed with a group, all rooms smelled damp and musty, others just stale. Bedding was uncomfortable, bathrooms were filthy. Room had a broken toilet seat and moldy shower curtain. Relatives room had a broken toilet, and exposed mold growing behind a panel of wallpaper.

Perfectly comfortable for a night!

Pretty much as expected for an older hotel - gym was fine and rooms were very large. Two double beds with lots of space to spare. The valet service was great and the staff were friendly.

Starbucks in the lobby doesn't take Apple Pay and had run out of most of their food by 11am!

A/C issues

The bar area was nice and I liked the fact that we were close to the event. But the facilities were....God awful...

The air conditioning was not working properly. As soon as you step off the elevator the hallways on our floor it had to be pushing 90°+. When we got in our room it was not as hot but it was very uncomfortable. The bathroom A/C did not work at all. The lady at the desk did send the engineer to look at it while we were gone but we returned several hours later and it was just as bad. I hated to bug the lady again but we couldn't deal with it. She moved us to a different room. It was somewhat cooler but when I woke up in the morning I was drenched in sweat. It was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever encountered.

Location was good.

Room was hot - no matter what I set AC to, it was hot. Sheets were stained. Pillows were uncomfortable. Felt dingy and dirty. Not up to business class travel.
