Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Man ist in wenigen Minuten beim One World Trade Center. Direkt neben dem Hotel mehrere Res

Schönes zentrales komfortables Hotel. Großes Zimmer mit zwei Betten für 2 Erwachsene und einem Kind. Jeden Tag 2 kostenlose Flaschen Wasser bekommen ( Housekeeping). Kostenloser Kaffee und Tee später auch Wasser mit Zitrone in der Lobby.

NO SENTÍ APOYO POR EL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL Y NO RESPETARON MI METODO DE PAGO

Es un hotel que tiene buena ubicación respecto a que está cerca del distrito financiero, sin embargo su trato le quita lo poco bueno que tiene.

Me sentí discriminada, mi inglés no es muy bueno y no aceptaron mi tarjeta para pagar la habitación, siendo que es la que había dado de alta en Booking según ellos políticas del hotel porque no tenía mi nombre, aspecto que mi banco así las están entregando últimamente , aun cuando les mostré mi identificación etc, cuando les dije que si podía pagar en efectivo dijeron que no y me dejaron esperando hasta casi las 10 de la noche, yo desvelada por el viaje, cansada, sin comer, para que en la noche otra persona del hotel sí aceptara el efectivo. Hace falta mayor calidez en algunos elementos de su personal (No generalizo) pero SÍ PASÉ UN MAL RATO. No hay muchos botes de basura.

Perfect place with a rooftop bar and great rooms

Great location in the heart of the financial district at a price I’d never expect to find in NYC. Beautiful, clean rooms and friendly staff. Delicious coffee in the lobby

For a group of four the beds were too small, but we managed. Would be nice if there were rooms with Queen size beds as well.

Excellent location, lovely hotel.

Great position, friendly and helpful staff, very nice rooms, good heating/air conditioning, very clean and comfortable.

There are 2 restaurants, both look really nice, good menu, reasonable price however music so loud, did not feel we could eat there.

Aconchegante e acolhedor!

Eu me hospedei por duas noites nesse hotel! Ele fica bem localizado, leva menos de 25 minutos de metro para ir a times square e você consegue ir caminhando até a World Trade Center! O quarto foi perfeito para quem ficar o dia inteiro na cidade e ir dormir a noite, durante a estadia a tv parou de funcionar por causa da internet e eles arrumaram em menos de 1 hora. Os funcionários da recepção são bastante ágeis e gentis, eles deixam você guardar a mala de graça após o check out! Fornecem água e utensílios para o café/cha dentro do quarto e a camareira veio arrumar nosso quarto todos os dias que ficamos lá! Preço acessível! Adorei a estadia e recomendo!

Apenas um detalhe no banheiro, faltou um box ou algum tapete, pois após tomar banho o banheiro ficava com bastante água no chão!

Ótimo hotel para uma estadia de 6 dias

Ótima localização, sem pequeno almoço mas com muitas opções para tomar pequeno almoço bem perto, e gostei muito da oferta de chá/café todos os dias na parte da manhã.

Desta vez fiquei muito desiludida com o tamanho do quarto (que é para 4 pessoas) mas sobretudo com o tamanho das camas! não é habitual nos USA ter camas de casal tão estreitas...

Le plaisir avant tout.

C'était mon anniversaire et ils m'ont offert des petits cadeaux. La chambre était grande et la salle de bain n'était pas trop serré.

Il y avait du bruit qui venait d'un placard. On dirait une machine ou bouilloire. La vue dehors était d'une grue.

I wanted to see the 911 Memorial and be able to walk to the memorial and other attraction.

The location was good.

t The room was too small and there was no breakfast included in our reservation. I know that we could have paid more and got breakfast, but we paid $277.00 for one night.

Don't stay here.

Darrel and Alan at the front desk were the best thing in this hotel.

Terrible, terrible stay. The only good thing about the hotel are two individuals in the front desk: Alan and Darrel (both extremely nice and helpful). Everything else is terrible and as an Ambassador member I will never return. Breakfast was uneatable. Brenda at the front office was extremely rude. Turn around time for requests (towels, etc.) is extremely long. I asked for 2 pillows, and they gave it to me without the covers, and asked me to do it myself. How is this a Marriott hotel? How is it different from a cheap Airbnb?

The location was perfect and near to a lot of landmarks in NY you can reach walking , like statue of liberty and world trade center and Brooklyn bridge and all other landmarks are 15 to 30 minutes by taxi. a lot of facilities are a walk from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable as a point of rest and start for the trips.

The room was little small comparing other hotels but was ok for one person.

Appropriate experience for the budget, weak wifi.

Good location, close to several subway stations. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning. Helpful staff. Good cleaning service.

The wifi definitely needs a solid upgrade! In my case, it basically worked only in the lobby (and my room was on the 14th floor), terrible and weak connection caused most probably by too many devices trying to connect at once, perhaps the capacity of the router was designed to serve a way smaller number of people than there are hotel guests. I'd be happy to pay for a solid, functioning wifi, because this has been an annoying experience. Window problems in both our rooms - leaky windows, we needed to use spare pillows to try to block the temp outlet, otherwise it would be freezing. A small but IMO not insignificant detail - no toilet brushes in the bathrooms, and no reaction to letters left for the cleaning service, asking for one.

Poor facilities, overwhelmed staff, will not return.

Location Very Good

No chair in room and staff failed to deliver one after repeated requests. Phone in room didn't work. Terrible elevator service. One out of order. At times 15 minute wait for an elevator. One ice machine in entire hotel located on second floor with no stairway access from lobby.

Coffee in the lobby in the mornings was nice to have.

Coffee throughout the day would have been nice, as would a simple breakfast. Not many breakfast choices around the hotel, especially on weekends.
