All in all, I would stay there again

Breakfast wasn’t the best. Eggs were cold and there was a burned waffle left in the waffle maker

Our stay was comfortable, clean, quiet, efficiently located,, smoothly transacted, all good.

I liked walking by the pool to get to our easy, ground floor room.

This motel is one to stay at no matter what season of the year 😎

So the room was on the bottom floor and had two queen beds as well as a huge bathtub a big living area just totally exceeded All my expectations as far as rooms go. The breakfast was hot and fresh every morning with a huge variety to choose from. Property was well kept and the housekeeping staff really took a lot of pride in their work.

We went at the time of year where the pool was an ice block and really that was the only negative about the whole trip.

The tub needs a good scrubbing. I showered but wifey wouldn't use the tub.do you have rooms with Jacuzzi?

Decent spot to overnight

Clean standard motel style room with comfortable beds, decent towels and toiletries on the Utah side of the border. Staff were friendly and very efficient and checkin was fast. Grounds are well kept and the pool area was open and clean.

Breakfast was poor. There were no eggs as promised, only hash browns or waffles available. The layout of food was poor, with the water in the lobby and butter and jam far away from the bread which in turn was at the opposite end of the room from the toaster.

Good value - dated room but clean

Room was very clean. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly even though they were working a double shift.

Breakfast - no bagels - only white bread; coffee was very weak; no peanut butter

Superb

Spacious room, well kept grounds. They have a nice swimming pool and outside sitting area. A nice hot breakfast. All the rooms had court side entrances. Although close to interstate, you didn't hear the traffic.

My only complaint was there was no lighting going into the room. I had to walk across the room to turn on a light.

2nd best Hotel on Utah side.

Loved the entrance on the second level from the car.

Whole facility needs a refresh. New beds for sure and extra pillows so they don’t run out if they sell out rooms.

Microwave had dried food on the glass tray,carpet wasn't vacuumed very good and although they had a huge tub there was no plug to beable to use it.

The bed was comfy, the shower was hot for the duration of the shower.

it was a little run down, but not horribly so. breakfast was at 6:30, which was too late for us to eat.

Never Again, avoid at all costs.

Dirty, run down, rude front counter people. We were not important to them. We had a family emergency and left a day early, they would not refund our money. And told us to get lost. We will not at any cost use them or any of their affiliate partners ever again and have started legal services to get our money back

Run down establishment window would not close all the way which ment the room heater was on almost constantly and it was really loud. Bathroom sink would not drain. Towels stained. It was horrible

Very comfortable bed, but low quality room otherwise. Mostly centered around bathroom maintenance.

Beds were quite comfortable. HVAC controls were nice, I always appreciate being able to set 'fan on' with moderate white noise for sleeping.

Bathroom maintenance could be dramatically improved.

The door seam was missing the seal on sides and bottom so you could see in our room kinda we had to put towels on the floor to cover it up and there was pills underneath the microwave 😕 but in all it was a good deal. just wish we had a better room

Good room and check-in experience, but breakfast and check-out was a letdown.

I really liked my room. Really enjoyed how big my tub was. Checking in was good, man who checked me in was very nice, conversational, and made my late check-in smooth so I could get to my room and sleep after a long day of travelling.

I specifically sought a hotel that served breakfast, but the breakfast was subpar and lacking (only two yogurts in the fridge, no milk, a few cookies, and a station for waffles, eggs, and sausages), even though I arrived at 6:30am. The coffee was completely finished, and it was the staff who finished it. When I went to a staff member to ask about the coffee, she said a man with her would go fill it (not sure if he was actually an employee, didn't see any name tag). Instead, the guy went over to the coffee machine, filled his own cup with the decaf pot, and returned without refilling the regular coffee pot. Neither of the two people made any move to ensure coffee was refilled. I decided to leave and get coffee at McDonalds instead. A letdown, since coffee is a huge thing for travel.
