Good cheap place. At the end of the day it’s a bed and shower. Wasn’t the worst I’m sure. Friendly.

Very close to the main stretch of boardwalk and very cheap.

Room was tiny, tv was tiny and blurry, WiFi didn’t work at all, gave us two tiny towels for the whole trip, bed and sheets were like from a hospital and creaky, door on the room barely shut, and the shower curtain was moldy.

Glad it was the cheapest around- you get what you pay for!

The location- close to everything

The inconsistency of the check-in and checkout time, my room was supposed to be available at 2 PM per the check in time online when I got to the property. The staff said the room was not clean and would not be available till after four, there was no bathroom lobby, our room had things broken cracked stained food stuck on the wall. We were not supplied the toiletries necessary for a hotel stay

The apartment was overpriced

Location

Not modernized, definitely not worth what we paid. Laundry facilities was connected to the apartment and when we arrived the door was open. No kitchen towels or dish soup. Water pressure and temperature was horrible.

4 Bedroom Apartment

Everything!!!! Great location, close to everything. Danelle was great, just acted like she knew all of us forever, super nice and helpful. The maintenance guy was super nice, helpful and gave us more information for our next visit. Will be staying again soon.

Overall I liked The hotel. Would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location. Boardwalk is just a few steps away and a small convenience store is one block away. I loved the porch outside of the 2nd floor that had several rocking chairs with a great side view of the ocean.

I stayed in room 15 which is 2 queen size beds with a wall between. The bed in the entry room was super comfy. The bed in the back room was pretty hard. I liked that each room had its own air conditioner but the blanket on the beds was pretty thin. Also when I took a shower, the towel that was left on the side of the tub to step onto when I got out was dirty. It had 2 footprints on it that looked dirty.

Exceptional

This place was great. It's nestled in just steps away from the boardwalk. The staff(Tabitha) was super friendly and helpful. We arrived late and she called to explain check-in since no one would be there. The rooms were small but clean and inviting and suited our purpose perfectly. There is also a great view of the beach and boardwalk from the porch. I highly recommend Beach Walk Hotel.

Overall it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience!

Awesome location, very clean and easy check in/check out.

I don’t like for housekeeping to come into my room especially if I’m only staying for two nights, there was no tag to put on the door saying “please do not disturb” like other hotels. We should have the option.

Great place to stay close to the beach and boardwalk.

Great location right near the beach/boardwalk. This room was very clean and efficient for our needs. I also like the porch furniture. We would stay here again.

The shower was a little small. No "2" in the shower if that's your thing. The bathroom could use a shelf or two to place your cosmetics and things.

Superb

It was exactly what I was looking for. Steps away from beach and boardwalk that was reasonably priced and had good ratings/reviews. Room was clean and comfortable.

The only thing I can says that I didn't like. The outside stairs and being on the third floor. It rained the whole time I was there.

Excellent place!

My husband and I stayed for a few days, and the stay was very good, excellent service and very friendly staff, the room was very clean, the sheets and towels were changed every day, the bed was comfortable, the location was excellent, and it was not bad the price for six days. We plan to return next year.

It was pleasant and convenient, but for the price I would have rather stayed in a normal hotel.

The location to the boardwalk and the beach cannot be beat. It is also within walking distance of many great places to eat and shop. The rooms were roomy and the beds were fairly comfortable. The staff was communicative and the fact that is it family owned is a bonus.

There is no elevator so moving things in and out from the third floor was a bit rough for someone with severe arthritis. The shower stall is super small. It is impossible to move around when taking a shower. The shower head was spraying multiple different directions and either needed to be replaced or cleaned.

Stranded with no room on Labor Day Weekend at beach - terrible.

Stranded on Labor Day Saturday.! The Beach Walk Hotel property (Jackie) did not honor my confirmed booking or refund my charge to date. Upon check-in, I waited in the lobby over 10 minutes for help with no response (telephone check in) then Jackie said she could not find my reservation. She then changed the story and said she had called hours earlier to say they didn’t have a room, but I never had any telephonic/text/or booking.com messages stating such - only an email from the hotel with confirmed booking and charges. I was hung up on by Jackie when I asked to speak with her supervisor or receive a call from that person. To date, no call. I have contacted Booking.com customer service awaiting response and will file a complaint with the BBB. No excuse for trying to blame Booking.com for this mistake. There was no required minimum stay listed. For a property with good reviews, the customer service was terrible. First bad experience I have ever had using Booking.com.

The customer service provided by Jackie was rude. Upon check-in for my confirmed booking, I was told there was no room available at either of their two properties. My credit card company verified the charge was still listed. and the booking still said confirmed on Booking.com (meaning the hotel room no action after sending me a confirmation e-mail). The hotel never messaged me about their mistake and I was only informed about it upon arrival for check-in.
