Great location in Valdez

The breakfast was one of the best free hotel breakfasts that I have ever had.

Since there is no elevator, I need to remember to request a first floor room next time.

Served its purpose but would look for other options in town

The room was spacious and gave us plenty of room to organize our luggage. The bed was also comfortable. The shower was hot and invigorating after a long day of travel. The location was excellent, right on the harbor, within walking distance of several restaurants. The breakfast was a hot buffet and your pretty standard hotel breakfast. It did have a good variety of items.

The property was tired and in need of a spruce-up. Some of the common areas were uninviting and there were interior doors left open that should have been closed, revealing clutter. The main entrance and lobby were not inviting. There was no elevator to the 2nd floor.

Comfy room. Great location. Clean, 40Mbps Internet. Fairly quiet.

Breakfast and the dining room were cold every day. Even right at opening, the food would be lukewarm Paid for a king size bed, got a queen bed. Was told they were the same price and all the king beds were booked out. Finicky shower controls

Disappointing

the receptionist was helpful and friendly. the rooms were clean.

breakfast was disappointing and the attendant was rude to several customers. (if you don't want certain tables to be used for breakfast post them but don't ask customers to move in the middle of their meal) reconizing this is probably older construction but there obviously was little effort put into sound proofing between the floors.

Fantastic drive in to this town.

The breakfast is typical self serve they could do better. The location is excellent the scenery is amazing ,a must visit place.

It was a birthday weekend spent as a family including our 2 dogs.

the location is excellent with a great view of the harbor. The staff were all very nice.

I wish the restaurant was open at least one night while we were there. The breakfast bar had several choices but limited on coffee condiments.

Everything,the location, the room was nice and clean, had a few issues with turning on shower and maintaining the water temperature while you shower. Not s big deal.
