The breakfast was superb.

The bathtub in room 709 is rounded, not flat, and extremely slippery. My husband fell, banged up his knee pretty badly, and I don't know how, but split open his foot. If my daughter was not a nurse, we would've spent the night in the emergency room. As it was, the staff was very helpful and provided butterfly bandages and other supplies. I took a shower after my husband, and yes, it is slippery. This might be especially an issue for people who have just gotten off an 8 hour train trip or a cruise and don't quite have their land legs back. The room and the staff were wonderful.

The room was super nice and the location was great

The breakfast was not good and the mini store in the lobby didn’t have many options

In the store in the lobby they only had 3 options for drinks and they were all soda

Superb

We arrived to the airport fairly late around 1:30am and requested a shuttle bus to the hotel. There are 2 stuff per shuttle bus and they are nice and helpful. The check in is super fast and the room is very clean and spacious. It also contains a kitchen, a living room. Breakfast is nice and generous. They provide take-away box and also there are snacks you can grab.

There is no shuttle bus to downtown so we end up using uber/lyft. A 4-mile ride costs around 30 dollars... we spent around 60 dollors for our trip to downtown.

Great rooms, superior service.

Staff were SUPER helpful. We used the hotel as a hub for our various expeditions during our one-month stay in Alaska and they held our luggage for us at various points when we didn't want to bring everything with us.

Location was convenient to the airport (our main goal) but required an Uber or cab to get most everywhere else.

the elevator was fast and the beds comfy and the lobby was clean.

a lot of street noise. there was a guy in the dumpster. cigarette butts all over outside. rooms were only cleaned every three days. the shower leaked using the towels to mop up water. The hot breakfast was awful. worst eggs and coffee ever.

The accommodations were great and bathrooms were clean. Bed was soft

Tv. The remote was missing and the replacement was hard to use. We streamed one show from our tablet with our daughter help. Although the food was tasteful but cold

Superb

This is a newish property conveniently located near the airport. The breakfast selection were good. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable.

Nearby restaurants are very limited. The hotel has limited lunch/dinner service and there is an Italian Restaurant about 1/4 mile away. We went to the Bear Paw Pub which is closer to 1/2 mile away. The sidewalks are not easy to get to from the property requiring walking well out of your way unless you like walking through a water filled ditch.

Clean, well located, friendly staff.

Bed was so comfortable, property was clean and staff was helpful. There was a fire alarm at 4am and since we had asked the day before if we could check out (they wouldn't let us because it was too late in the day so we stayed) , I asked after the fire alarm and the kind reception person took off a night. Thank you Hyatt, whenever we visit Anchorage from Fairbanks, we will be sure to stay with you.

Honestly my only complain was the nasty "rain forest" coffee in the lobby. It tasted like acid sludge.

wouldnt suggest to anyone

Understaffed!! Rude receptionist may be because she was the only one who was front office, house keeping and bar tending. A/C of bedroom wasn’t working. No proper extra blankets. They give thin bed spreads if you ask for one. Booked suite for 6, but only 2 blankets
