Not worth the money spent. But now I can say "Been there, done that"

Rooms were clean. Butterfly garden and the Chapel made the whole trip. When we checked out, we hit the town Pine mountain. I wish I knew more about the town during my stay. I would have given the town my business for eating meals. Wonderful customer service, reasonable prices and the food was wonderful.

Callaway Country Kitchen. Not my service but the way they treated other customers was very rude. Need help in how to treat customers. Restaurant meals were too high. Two restaurants in the hotel, both with the same menu and prices. You really need to go to Pine Mountain for your meals.

Wonderful get a way

The lodge was beautiful! We stayed here to see Fantasy in Lights. We had a delicious breakfast. All of the staff we meet were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I wish they had designated pet friendly rooms.

Beautiful property and the lodge was very nice. Room was clean, comfortable and updated.

We traveled there for an overnight trip on my motorcycle. We were told at the gate that we could not ride through the property on our motorcycle. They made us park our bike at the gate an walk in 100 degrees heat to catch a shuttle that never materialized. Employees at the concessions knew nothing off the shuttle times or location for pickup. By this time me and my wife were sweating profusely. All I want to do is ride through the property I had already paid to see. Hotel staff said we would be able to ride through the park on My bike but when we got to the entrance gate they said no. They also told us that the hotel provided shuttle but no one at the hotel conveyed this to us. I spent $215 for the night and wasn't allowed to drive through the park. Very disappointing! My motorcycle was my transportation for the trip. I do understand that you might not want motorcycle on cart paths but my motorcycle should be allowed anywhere automobile traffic is allowed including parking spaces for automobiles. Since we were denied access to the park I would like to be compensated for my troubles. Thanks.

Front Desk Needs Tetraining!

We had to wait until after the check in time even though we arrived earlier!! I think the staff could have contacted the cleaning people and had them clean our room first since we were on the grounds! We sat in the hot sun waiting to be called and never received one! We had to go to front desk and acquire then told it would still be a few minutes!! Not happy!!

Comfortable and con eniently located if one needs to be inside Callaway Gardens

I stayed at the hotel, as it was close walking distance to the start of the marathon in which I was running at Callaway Gardens. It was very convenient and comfortable.

I had requested a noon checkout so that I would have time to shower following the marathon...but the evening check'-in clerk denied the request. Fortunately. I ran a fast race and rushed back to the room to shower without the need for a time extension...but under the circumstances I felt it was poor customer service to deny the 1-hour extension.

The place was beautiful.

The bed was not as comfortable as it should have been for the money. I had to change my day because we were running ahead, the place did accommodate me but the price I had to pay extra was to much.

Honeymoon Get-a-way

Everything!!! 😍

How you are made to unload outsude the curb then move your car to a parking lot and no luggage carts available for use. That was at both check in and out. Need to update the golf cart system that takes ppl to and from their cars.

the scenery was great

well it was Christmas Time and there wasn’t really a place to eat there…. didn’t know ahead of time you have to have either reservations or and not enough food to eat….by the time we found out there was no space for us…. and another restaurant close by the power went out…. had to go to a gas station for snacks……. for the money spent on a room have food for all guest and allow walk ins and 86 reservations on Christmas

Just okay, friendly staff, but not much to do.

The food at the restaurants were pretty good.

Not much to do, the light show was not included in our booking.com rate, it should have been. We ventured out for two days out of the 5 days we spent there and stayed in our room for the remaining five days because there was literally nothing else for us to do at the resort or in the surrounding area. The vacation was just okay, we probably would not go here again.

Quiet, peaceful stay but very overpriced.

I did enjoy the area; however, the cottages were a disappointment at a rate of $461.00 per night. I was expecting a 4-star property, but it was nowhere near that.

Cracked tile in bathroom, short, round bowl toilet, cottage felt dated and not so well kept as far as the grounds. It was peaceful and quiet.

Breakfast was good.

The staff was not very informative about the Checking-in methods of the villas. When I first arrived I told them that I was moving over to the villas and anyway it was not the right information. Stayed in the lodge for two days and then transferred over to the villas. Had quite an experience. We were in a hurry to check in and it cost us about 45 minutes and we didn't have that to spare at the time. We drove around in the villas trying to find check-in. Anyway, all was good. Commendations were outstanding. Then during check-out procedures, I ended up calling the lodge from the villas 4 times before I got someone to answer the phone. The phone would transfer me but it would ring and ring and then cut me off. No one answered at the front desk to check out or I tried various ring methods. That were the instructions that we received. (To call the hotel to check out from the villas. ) Lots of construction going on and very noisy. Just glad it was my last day because it was very disturbing. It was down the hall but moved into our area on the last day. Congestion in the hallways. But, It will make for better accommodations. Our room must have been already done. Very nice.
