Exceptional

It was comfortable, clean, and in a great location.

It was a little noisy, but it wasn't the hotel's fault. They were just doing some road work on route one.

everything! dirty isn’t the word! customer service horrible! felt unsafe and checked out 20 minutes after I checked in! and went to the sonesta 10 minutes down the road.

Bare bones pad near Logan.

Pleasant check-in, let me stay 30mn past check out ( but not 1hr!), fridge in room.

Bed linen had crumbs (?) in it, loud traffic noise, smell from nearby trash collection center, no coffee machine.

It should cost a lot less for what you get

the Wi-Fi.

the outside was pretty dirty and smelled bad. Inside the room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. the bad sheets were deteriorated.

The person at the desk was rude, the shower curtain was dirty, The bed and pillows were dirty The room smells in heater turned on

I walked in to check in and said hello and the guy ignored us for about 5 minutes before finally looking up. That’s the only staff interaction I had. The room smelled like mold, the pillows were yellow, blankets had cigarette burns all over, the wall outlets looked super dangerous. Just a super gross place to stay. We tried to be in our room as little as possible.

Decent location outside of Salem

Not enough pillows ( they were like half pillows) Def need to invest in new ones! not enough towels (we had a family of 4 and have us 2) Shower/tub was ehh. The floor was filthy. Drawers were dirty ( We don’t ever put anything in drawers ever but we always check for bugs or anything ) The entire room was on a slant. Probably foundation issues. May want to get that looked at! I wouldn’t stay here again!
