Cute little getaway spot but needs a little work.

Loved the little pool area and size of the room. Loved that there was a kitchenette. Cute little spot to just getaway.

Did not like dealing with the sugar ants in the kitchenette. Some of our food had to be discarded because of the ants. The floors were extremely filthy. Took our shoes off for 5 mins and our feet were black. Also, I did not like how sensitive the bedframes were. They would roll and move with the slightest bump. Had to adjust the bed back in its place continually. The sofa bed was cute and very convenient to have in our room but hard as a rock, and we could not sleep on it. Has outside jacuzzi, but water is not hot at all and, in fact, was cold, however, pool was heated. Wished they served breakfast. They have inside and outside sitting places to eat, would have been a plus.

It’s hard to write a not so pleasant review since I am nostalgic and I really used to love staying here, especially with

I’m actually sad to even report this but the hotel is seen its better days the landscaping has not been kept up it’s needs a good power washing or outside paint. The hot tub Was not working it was not hot. The decorative pillow on my bed was grungy. They really should either remove those or take them to a laundromat.

this stay I had the king room with tub + shower. The room was spacious and clean. kitchen was great . another tint I had a queen room in the back of the hotel and it was not great. I believe the king room with the tub is their best room.

there’s no staff after 6 pm. could use some upgrades .

Cozy spot, nice location, easy to walk for dinner and coffee. Well appointed, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy/plentiful parking.

A bit of noise from other guests at the pool but really not bothersome. Ledge into bathroom area and kitchen area a bit of a potential toe stubber.

Close to the beach, but dated property

Staff was amazing and attentive. Very responsive and helpful with our late check in process. Room was clean and tidy. Shower nice and hot with good water pressure. Room had microwave and mini fridge.

For the price, I expected a larger room and upgraded amenities. No sound proofing-I could hear the convos in the next room and in the courtyard very clearly. Also, my last night on the property, the spring break crowd was in the pool area loud and rowdy at 3am. Slammed doors and drunken arguing. I had an early flight, and got no sleep, as they were still out there at 4:30am when I left.

We were there 2 days prior to a cruise. It fit the bill perfectly for a short stay.

Room was clean, spacious, well maintained, set up well for storage and prep of simple food and beverages. Pool area was well laid out, and easy access. Billy the manager is FABULOSO! He's a hard working guy who bends over backwards to provide whatever is needed. This place is a small boutique hotel not trying to be anything it is not, but managing to be VERY GOOD at what it is. I would stay there again.

The mattress was soft. You take your chances with the mattress at any hotel you stay at.

Nice location and pleasant place

The location was good, loved the courtyard and able to sit outside.

The beds need a better frame, the blinds were difficult to shut and then unable to reopen them. Housekeeping did not show up ( the do not disturb was removed that morning from our door.) No one after 6pm to talk to in the lobby.

A decent place to stay

We arrived after closing hours but were given clear instructions on how to get in & find our room key. The kitchenette was cute and functional, the bed not bad, the A/C good, the shower good too. There is a hot pool outside for guests but we were too tired to check it out. If you get there by dinner time, check out Serafina's Italian restaurant down the street - DELICIOUS! They were able to get us in immediately despite it being a popular spot. The trick is to agree to sit inside since the waterside patio is in high demand.

We stayed one night on our way back from the Caribbean to our home city. Only one day before our arrival, we received a msg from the hotel saying that their front desk hours had changed & we would be arriving after closing time. We had to pay online in advance in order to receive instructions on how to get in after hours, which we had no way of printing out. The combination of being in a foreign country and in transit to Ft. Lauderdale made this very stressful - we were frantically trying to finish the process in a tropical airport lounge with very spotty internet access.

Billy greeted me and my family warmly and accommodated an early check-in as we were loaded with luggage. He was helpful and friendly, making sure we were comfortable.

We had a great stay and will definitely stay here again!

We arrived very early(before they opened) (coming from Cruise Ship) all 14 of us-including 4 small children. The manager arrived and was very helpful and was able to provide a coulpe of the rooms for us to put our things in and enjoy the pool.

If you need a place to stay near the beach that is affordable and clean, then this is it.

Centrally located motel like accommodations. Excellent staff that obviously take pride in their property and go above and beyond to meet or exceed your expectations. Room is gigantic and all the furniture is updated and new. Had a kitchenette we didn't use but looked awesome. Shower was nice with a strong steady flow. Bathroom didn't have privacy with louver doors so be prepared. Overall, a nice stay for an older property.

I'm personally not a fan of doors that open to the outside. Not sure if there is an elevator for anyone with accessible issues although we were on the second floor up one flight of stairs. Plastic chairs outside the room and our next door neighbors were hanging out there during most of our stay, leaving their room door open. I thought that was odd.

Great option on Fort Lauderdale!

Great location (walking distance from the beach, groceries store, pharmacies and restaurants), clean rooms with good space and facilities/amenities. Also, everyone is super helpful (I was able to check-in way earlier and got some good tips of things to do, where to eat and so on). Definitely recommend and hopefully I’ll be back someday!
