Very convenient and easy stay, kids loved it

I upgraded to new suite , the manager was very helpful and everyone was friendly . Loved my room and beach elevator single mom with 2 kids it was easy.

Unpleasant convenience store man shop owner by the lobby over charged everything. Current construction was noisy but its not permanent

Kitchen was a joke. No utensils cutting board colander. Tiny room tiny bath. Balcony was so loud with air handler outside. The pool area also incredibly loud with air handlers sounded like a 747 taking off all day. Build a sound wall. I’ll never come back. What a joke at 400 a night.

Good location and overall a pretty good value to be right on the ocean.

Location was great. Good value for the price. Guy working out front doing parking during the day was awesome. Ladies working front desk were great.

Everything about the restaurant. Went there the first morning and waited 20 minutes and couldn’t even get a water or order. Waiter and waitress were both rude and appeared to be moving slowly and didn’t care. We got up and left and never tried again. Heard similar stories from others at the resort. The lady outside by the pool doing towels was also unnecessarily rude on many occasions. She was this way to everyone.

Overall the location was good and so was the service and staff, but a bit overpriced.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were really good.

The rooms are dated and kept moisture trapped inside. The balcony is a nice touch but the door in our room was stuck so we had to muscle it with our shoulders to open and slam it full force to close. Made being respectful of each others quiet time sort of difficult.

Bien pero nada ha mejorado respecto a mi estadía anterior hace 4 años.

Comodidad y servicios bien, restaurante muy fresco y poca variedad de comidas.

Mala wifi. Muy frías las habitaciones sin poder regular el aire acondicionado y terrible contaminación sonora por el motor permanente del hotel vecino y la obra en mantenimiento

The hotel was quiet. Good location.

The Lady on front desk was rude, she said I am lying. No umbrella in the pool. I have to paid for the shair in the beach, most of the hotel are included.

Great place for families

Great location, lovely valets, friendly staff and guests. Right on the beach!

Hotel rooms are dated, balcony view is lovely but there is a loud sound from the air conditioning unit when out there.

I had an amazing time here and would definitely stay again.

This place had balconies for every single room, the valet employees were so attentive and the place was very clean.

The toilets never stopped running which made it hard to sleep

Exceptional

I have now stayed at this resort a total of 6 times. Alone. With family. And then as a girls trip. It is perfect distance to airport. About 25 mins. Walking distance to a grocery, pizza shop , liquor store , etc. about 10 mins away from pompano beach pier walk way and 5 min drive from the pier. You can rent umbrellas and chairs , I went kayaking as well Restaurant on hand but haven’t tried it. And there is a bar and beach service last time I went ! It’s my perfect little get away spot. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

I truly can’t think of anything (and I have tried so this can be a fair review !) I enjoy it.

Great price but aged.

The staff was very friendly. The valet guys in the day time was awesome. The ones in the evenings weren't too friendly. It was easy access to the beach.

The hotel is very outdated. The room doors and light fixtures is rusted and wasn't appealing to even take pics.

Woke up to the owner telling us we had to pack our things and leave, no explanations no warnings what so ever. When asked what we hid he said "this is my hotel I don't have to explain anything to you kids" refused to give us our money back and overall worst place you could ever stay. Scam Artist owner

The facility location. Security on site to make sure only hotel guests used the pool. Concierge storing luggage as no early check in.

The room cleaning was not well done, hard surface floors did not get cleaned with a good cleaner, not just a swiffer; Rug cleanliness was suspect too. Windows could use some cleaning, too. Restaurant was not as good as in the past. Facility could use some updating lots of areas starting to show their age. Rooms could have used another comfortable seating furniture. Front desk staff seemed a bit inexperienced when checking in.

Our stay was relaxing and quiet which was just what we wanted.

The outdoor amenities, pool, jacuzzi, tiki bar, lounging area and of course the beach were great. It was nice to have the jet ski rental right on the beach too. Wife and I both thought the bed was very comfortable. The price was reasonable for what we got.

The room we stayed in needed remodeling. The carpet, furniture and fixtures needed updating and the inside lobby needed a face lift. The restaurant, was not inviting which is unfortunate because there wasn't many places nearby for a good meal and because of the appeal of the restaurant, we didn't even go in and look at the menu.

If I had known there was nothing included in the hotel/resort, I don’t think I would have stayed here.

It was close to commercial blvd and right on the beach.

They charge A LOT for NOTHING to be included with your stay besides towels. This is a hotel/resort. Every hotel or resort I have stayed at provides complementary breakfast at the very LEAST. After paying $5,000 to stay they for a week that have been something they should have provided to make the stay more enjoyable for their guests. Also, for that price you can’t even have a beach chair unless you want to spend an arm and a leg to do so. I expected much more put of this stay other then a bed to sleep on.
